Feather Touch Dental Care

In all the years I have been to dentists, Feather Touch has been my best experience. Dr Neal Shah and their staff are very professional and courteous.
I am most happy to change my present dentist to Feather Touch because of Dr Neall Shah & Margarita.
I will not hesitate to recommend them to any body who wants a pleasant, professional and economical dental experience.

If you’re looking for a new dentist office I would definitely recommend checking feather touch dental out. I had a great 1st experience when I visited them recently. The staff ( receptionist, dental hygienist and dentist ) were all so welcoming and thorough. They have COVID 19 procedures in place and the office was extremely clean. During my teeth cleaning and exam the dental hygienist Lora made sure to explain each procedure she was doing and I really appreciated that because I feel that at other offices I’ve visited, the dentists just call out numbers and medical terms without explaining what they’re looking at or what the terms mean. Dr. Shah was great too. He was very kind and gave me a treatment plan that I feel comfortable with while thoroughly giving me several treatment options and discussing my xrays with me in detail. I will definitely continue to use this office for my dental treatment!

The cost are transparent and very low even though the office is really nice

Always free lip balm , tooth floss, tooth paste...etc

All of the chairs have a nice window view

The receptionist are really nice

The staff is beautiful

The staff makes you feel comfortable from the door
The technicians are knowledgeable and nice
They have super fast imaging and probing tools that don’t hurt
The doctors are cool and always visit to speak with you every single visit

This is like tooth heaven

I even have the doctors personal cell numbers....cause they are that cool

Update:
Went in today and hand a tooth pulled. Doctor suggested that I have a bone graft to preserve my smile. It wasn’t to much and he was done pretty fast. I appreciated that because what I was charge was 75% less than if I had gone to a tooth replacement place. It was the perfect time for it and just the fact that he not being one to try to get money out of folk offered this to me and save me so much is just amazing. I really love feather touch cause they really care. If you need anything done with your teeth an you don’t like pain please try this place. Everything I said before is still true and when I tell you they care about the patients they really do. I actually thank God there is a place I can go an have tooth work done finally in life without fear for my mouth or my pockets🙏🙏🙏😊

First off let me start by saying the service here was impeccable! From the moment we arrived Elizabeth was nice & helpful in assuring we were in a welcoming environment! It took no time to be seen by the dental assistant Lisa who also was very inviting! Super special thanks to Dr. Shah who made sure that I was very comfortable throughout the entire process & made sure I understood everything going on. Overall the staff here is lovely & has such a clean office. A big thanks to you all for restoring my smile, you guys are great!

From the receptionist to the hygienists to the dentist; all the staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and friendly! I didn’t feel like they were trying to add any unnecessary treatments. They were personable and I truly appreciated the interaction.

Y’all, I have found my forever dentist! All around 5 star service. From the moment you walk in the door the front desk staff is professional, warm and inviting. My hygienist, Zoey is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, friendly and did the most thorough cleaning I have ever had on my teeth. Lastly, Dr. Kim is everything! He’s friendly, attentive, compassionate and created an effective/practical plan of care for me to implement into my daily routine.

From the minute you make the call to discuss your dental needs or appointment with the staff you know you are in for a treat. The staff is super friendly, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and make scheduling a a breeze. The hygienist team are top notch, Laura and now Zoe are two of my favorites! Even the office manager makes a point to come out and speak to you, when she can. Where do you get that kind service and genuine care and concern anymore....I can think of almost no where. I have been a patient for 8 or 9 years now of Dr. Shah and recently have seen Dr. Kim on two occasions when his schedule accommodated my last minute needs. Both dentists are highly qualified, have excellent bedside manner, genuinely concerned with your comfort and delivering quality dental work. They are committed to donating to causes to bettering the world and are just the nicest of guys. Don't let the Colony Square location keep you from their convenient location at 14th Street and Peachtree, as they validate parking! Love this team!

I've been a patient here for about two years now and have had a perfect experience. The customer service is top notch, and I've had a couple of procedures done that have been essentially painless. I don't dread going to the dentist anymore! They're professional, courteous and really want to keep you comfortable and healthy.

Feather Touch Dental has been my best dental experience thus far! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! My hygienist, Zoe, and dentist, Dr. Shah, are both very gentle and seem to really care about their patients. And there are so many thoughtful touches to make each patient's experience as best as it can be, such as free chapstick, giving patient's flower's as they leave, personal hand-written letters in the mail, and calming services like heated blankets, aromatherapy, neck pillows, etc. Highly recommend Feather Touch Dental!

Every time I go back to Feathertouch , I am even more impressed than the time before.Dr. Shah and Dr. Kim are beyond impressive in their dedication to excellent dentistry and patient care. It’s gratifying to know the patients I used to see are in such able hands.And I felt completely safe with all the Covid- safety measures they put in place. All 3 of the hygienists have cleaned my teeth at various times, effectively and gently.The labs the Dr.s use are the same that I used when I was in the practice, so I am aware of their quality ,as well.The science of dentistry is advancing,so it’s gratifying that the Feathertouch team does even more continuing education than I did.
