I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone to make an appointment for almost two months now. I’ve called multiples times, no one ever answers. I leave voicemails and no one ever returns my calls. Would not recommend.
Update: the folk at Madison Yards reached out to me and apologized for the communication issues. I scheduled another appt with them and received the best service. Jennifer was friendly, attentive and did a great job with my cleaning. Everyone was wonderful and went out the way to made sure I had a great experience. They’ve stated that they are working on their phone issues. I silk definitely be back. Thank you Madison Yards!

Every staff member was so awesome and accommodating during my first visit! My checkup and following treatments/cleaning were very thorough, the doctor and nurses were so positive and helpful which overall felt great, and I'm definitely sticking with Madison Yards for the future. I had a great experience at Madison Yards Dental with Dr. Nia and his staff.
My background is that I have had a lot of negative experiences at the dentist since I was a kid….root canals, crowns, all of it. I am used to dreading the dentist and have a lot of dental anxiety. And I’m used to going to the dentist and having a terrible experience and feeling ashamed of myself even though I floss, brush, get regular cleanings, etc.—it seems like being shamed was just part of the it.
After a particularly bad experience at another dentist I was just resigned to having terrible experiences at the dentist but my husband was determined to find a kinder, nicer dentist for me and he found Dr. Nia for which I am so grateful. Dr. Nia and his staff were so nice to me that I cried out of relief after my first visit (in front of him!). I was a bit embarrassed to cry 😭🙈 but truly I had never had such a positive experience at the dentist before—it was such a relief that I cried.
