Madison Yards Family Dentistry

I was told to confirm for an appointment, so I asked if I could reschedule 2 weeks in advance. Nobody calls me back, so I end up confirming 3 days prior and pay for a baby sitter to come stay with my 3 month old so I can go to an appointment. I show up, and they tell me they cancelled and nobody called to reschedule, and didn’t even offer to squeeze me into the schedule.

Are you joking me?

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I am never going back and if you have kids, good luck with them being able to accommodate. Never going back.

We just moved to East Atlanta and needed a new dentist that was in our insurance network. Madison Yards Dentistry staff are fantastic and the office has state-of-the-art equipment. I’ve already had a crown and a cleaning in my 3 months with the practice and am highly satisfied with both!

I love the staff and my dental assistan Shameka. First time I ever met her. Came in from another office. My two month old bridge feel out of my mouth on a Friday afternoon. My normal office doesn’t take patients on Friday and couldn’t see me under any circumstance for 5 days. I found this sister office was open, immediately left work and walked in and they immediately came to my rescue. Shameka was so kind and gentle. Best experience and bedside manner ever!!! They now have a new patient. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Honest review.
I'll start with craftsmanship , its a solid 2 out 5. Cleaning was so painful but this is not even worst part, when i had to fix my front chipped tooth and back tooth filling, OMG i was in excruciating pain when she was putting needle in my gum without realizing the numbing solution wared off. I dropped a tear and ripped soft pad from the sitting chair. And composite work was on a sloppy side. My tooth has been fixed a other location before and quality not even close to be good.

In terms of stuff, Dentist doctor was nice and her assistant as well as lady that did my cleaning but front desk people seemed very unwelcomed and kind of judgy looks.

Best dentist I have ever attended!! The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The manager, Elizabeth is very personable and ensures I am greeted as soon as I step one foot in door. Tiffany did a great job on cleaning and Bianca on my X Rays, very nice. Darrin is a cool guy who makes getting dental work slightly less daunting, we were able to talk gym and sports. Shameka is also friendly and did a great job with my crown seat. And Dr Mouzi is the nicest, gentlest doctor ever. I had deep crowns done that were easier than fillings i’ve received in the past. I am not a fan of the dentist but this place is good as it gets. 10/10

Everyone who I interacted here was so nice! And they explained every single thing they did to me thoroughly as they were doing it. I’ve never had a dentist office really fill me in with the process. Definitely recommend.

Used to enjoy going but they’ve gotten too busy, perhaps. The number of times they’ve cancelled my hubbies appointments last minute has been annoying. Then when we’ve both had to reschedule it’s months up the road. Sadly, they’re not reliable anymore

I absolutely love this dental office. The staff is amazing. They all go above and beyond to fix any previous problems and prevent any ones that may arise. Madison Yards Family Dentistry rocks.

I may never dread going to the dentist again. My dental hygienist, “Tiffany,” was fast and thorough. Flat screen TV on ceiling was a great distraction. Time flew! Nice dentist and staff. Clean office and waiting room. Good location and free parking. Who could ask for more.

Very great first experience today at this office. They literally have TVs on the ceiling so you can watch while laid back. Very professional service and state of the art methods and technologies being used.
