Dr. Wheat and his staff are not only very professional but was very accommodating in ensuring I felt safe. They took care of my issue and provided detailed guidance on my next steps. This is a young talented group of professionals.

Dr. Murphy and his assistant, Skylar are very professional. They were very knowledgeable and took great care to explain what they were doing and why. Their kindness and thoughtfulness of my comfort during my procedure was paramount.

Everyone is nice. They took the time to verify my new insurance before performing my procedures. Dr. Taylor explained why things need to be done and had my tech show me pictures so I understand the recommendations for work that needs to be done.

For July visit:
Good. Cordial. Professional.
Two recommendations:
1. The dentist should introduce himself to a new patient.
2. I was never asked why I was there. I had several things to discuss, inquire about and explain.

For Sept 22 visit:
Excellent treatment from Victoria. Good communication. I was distressed to learn that the previous treatment plan was based on erroneous evaluation of my condition. I appreciate Veronica doing a new evaluation and creating a new plan.

I enjoyed my visit, my dental hygienist Van was such a delight. He walked me through everything he was doing and was so patient. It was a clean facility and all the staff were very friendly ❤

This is by far the most inconsiderate dentist I have ever went to. They do not care about your time, the time you have to take off work, what you want to get done or your finances. They rescheduled my appointment twice the last time was the morning of my appointment cause the dentist had an emergency and broke his toe but was in the office seeing patients that morning first half of the day. If it was a true emergency and it was that much pain he should have not seen any patients. Goes to show they are all about money. I contacted them prior to my work and confirmed once I got it done I would be cleared for my braces, they said yes. After I got it done and they got my money, they stated I would have to wait 6-8 weeks and want me to come back to them for other treatment. I explained once again how inconsiderate and inconsistent they are cause they told me several times I spoke over phone and prior to my appointment that everything would be good but the day of they saying something different and they knew what I had in my treatment plan weeks before appointment. Such a waste very unprofessional.

The staff is so friendly and organized. I love the sense of urgency they have when ensuring that the patient is comfortable and knowledgeable about their visit. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back!

I couldn't begin to express how great this office is from the front desk to Dr. Leo and his assistant for giving me a pain free experience from 2 different extractions. 1 where 2 teeth were pulled and 1 were 4 teeth were pulled. Both were done very professionally both the Dr. and his assistant talked with me throughout telling when there was gonna be pressure or not and kept assuring that I was good and in no pain or discomfort at all. I love Dr. Taylor and the entire team. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make the appointment a pleasant experience. They explained everything to me prior to beginning my Invisalign treatment. My teeth are now straight and I have so much more confidence when I smile. I would recommend to anybody.
