Dr. Bauter and his team are the best in Idaho. I never enjoyed going to the dentist until I switched over to his office. Emily is BY FAR THE BEST dental hygienist. They are thorough, kind and trustworthy. Weird to say, BUT MAYBE I LOVE GOING TO THE DENTIST?! :)

Dr. Bauter is such a stand up guy! He is very transparent and takes time to listen to your concerns and history. His character has created a culture with all the staff that is welcoming and professional. I am so excited I found a dentist and team I can trust and return to. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. And while I enjoyed my entire experience, the best part was in the back of the office at my dental chair. Like most people, I get nervous at the dentist, but to my delight, this office had a therapy dog!! This sweet standard poodle came over to greet me right away, and I was able to pet her while I was getting my teeth cleaned! Talk about an anxiety reliever! What a fantastic idea! I will definitely be back again.

Bauter Dentisty is great! I've been really impressed with the staff. On the Admin side, they manage appointments, pre-treatment estimates, and billing perfectly. Text reminders and communication are so helpful. Always on time. On the care side, from preventive cleanings to major work, I have been really impressed. They have a great VIP program for people without insurance. And, most importantly, who doesn't love a dentist that gives you locally made chocolate along with a toothbrush and floss?
