Boise Family Dental has a wonderful staff. Dr. Crump is very caring and knowledgeable His staff is friendly and patient . I was very comfortable and felt at ease from my first visit . Everyone at this office is so pleasant and kind. They work around my scheduling needs and explain everything to me in a way I can understand. Dr. Crump is always very nice... once when my 14 year old knocked out his front tooth, he gave up his lunch hour to see us since it was an emergency! I've had nothing but courtesy from anyone who works here. Great experience!

I just had two crowns done and Dr Crump and his staff were extremely professional as well as friendly. I had some time while the crowns were created and his chair side assistant kept me company while we waited. Nothing but good things to say.

I chose this office based solely on the staggering amount of positive reviews here on google. I went in today to consult with Dr. Crump to figure out which direction to take with a severe infection (a big source of insecurity for me) and I left with a smile because of how pleasant and non-judgmental they were and how easy they made the process. Dr. Crump is great and Bri and Crystal were super friendly and informative. 10/10 Will update as soon as I have my procedure.
Update: So just got finished with my second procedure. First one was a root canal and this one was the crown. I'm amazed at how fast they work. 1.5hr for the root canal and 2 hours for the crown. Hailey was my assistant and was super friendly and we had a great conversation about flipping houses. Cannot reccomend this office highly enough. They're a big family who cares about the quality of their work and the comfort of their patients. 10/10
