I just.tried to become a new patient today and OMG like pulling teeth, pun intended. It's great that they are busy but each day I mentioned they are booked then I mention Friday and they are not open. I tell the receptionist maybe I should try someone else, she says "ok." Wow, to give up on a new patient just like that? Sad!
