Dr. Payne will work with you to ensure the financial cost works out for the patient before himself. I have had three wisdom teeth pulled, and it was the smoothest operation imaginable. The cost was extremely rare (saved potentially a couple thousand by not going to a oral surgeon). Dr. Payne does an exceptional job in hiring, his staff is amazing.
I could not imagine a more functional dental office. Patient is always the main priority.
