I always have a great experience while at this dental office. They are all very kind and I never have any issues with staff or payments since they offer payment plans along with taking my insurance. They are wonderful about reminders, with 3 different options to choose from I never miss an appointment. Id like to mention that when they have cancellations, they make sure to call you to see if you would like to come in earlier. 10 out of 10 as always!

1/23/2020 I took my 3 year old in for her first cleaning and everyone was so wonderful with her! She says she had fun and even though it was scary at first it was a piece of cake♥️

My experience warranted 5 stars. I had called being to be seen the day before and understandably they were booked, scheduled me but advised of a cancelation occurred they'd alert me. Whilst i waited i went online to their portal and uploaded my particulars for the upcoming appointment. They ended up having a cancelation the next day and cut me in! The staff Ms. Crystal in particular were excellent in providing care both gracious and professional and even put up with my whiny butt! She had a colleague(Kat)in training and managed to impart her knowledge whilst caring for Moi! The Dr was gracious and professional as well and combined they explained they'd findings as well as provided options for relief of the issues i was facing. Left knowing that I had come my next dental partners.. gracias Crystal y High Desert Dental team.

I have nothing but good things to say about High Desert Dental. The entire staff is kind and friendly. Monica is hands down the best dental hygienist I have ever met. She is gentle but thorough. Dr. Fethke and Dr. Pottenger are both fantastic dentists. I have had no issues with any dental procedures that either of them have performed. It has always gone smoothly and as painlessly as possible. They both listen and care. I also went to Dr. Pottenger for invisalign and the results are incredible. I highly recommend this dental office.

Don't use this dentist if you value getting your cleanings every 6 months. They will text you telling you they need to change your child and your appointment, for months later and when you tell them that defeats the current recommendation for kids cleaning, they don't care. They also will randomly change the appointment time and date (they can pull all that up when you call every communication and they even were like "hmmm, I don't why it was changed again") so I told them I'll find a new dentist this is the worst dental service I have ever had and I've lived in 4 states. At least in other states they see you and keep your appointments.
