I just left this dental office and had my first visit and CT scan for my new implants! Something I have really wanted for a long time but do not have dental insurance. I am a cash paying customer and they first quoted me with a price way out of my budget but I brought them a different quote from another office and they matched it making an easy affordable payment plan! If you need any major dental this is the place to go! Not only do they work with you but the staff and doctor are amazingly friendly and helpful!! Went in for a molar root canal today with Dr Baumgarten after hearing nothing but wonderful things about the office. What I told Dr after he finished my tooth was, “I’ve heard horror stories, and after today, I don’t know what they’re talking about.” I hope he didn’t think that I meant I had heard anything bad about him or the care he and his team provide. Molar root canals are ‘supposed’ to be the worst experiences ever! If you think that, then I’m sure Dr Baumgarten and his team we not the ones to do your root canal. Hands down the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Charleston has a real gem in Dr B and his team!
