The dentist was not friendly she was rude and talked to me like I was dumb. I went in for a toothache and she pulled my tooth before I was numb and the was mad towards me because after 3 tries I still had filling then told me I couldn't suck swallow or spit for 4 weeks then told me to drink water and dont eat hot stuff but I can have soup I would not recommend the dentist but the rest of the staff was nice and friendly. 5 star to everyone on the staff except the dentist

I would NEVER recommend this slum of a dentists office. They had a half hour to an hour wait time (I waited 1 hour before I walked out) and I was never notified of it by any staff. I sat and waited until I was called back after 25 minutes past my appointment time, was then told by the dental assistant, “we’re running late today” then disappeared for another 37 minutes without checking back in. I was in the back room with a dental bib on by the time I realized it had been officially over hour with zero dental work performed and decided to get up and leave. I feel like my time and myself as a patient mean’t nothing to this office and was treated as so. If you need an office true to appointment time I highly recommend a legitimate dentist office, this place was unorganized, slow and unprofessional as all get out.

They are not personal with you at all I sat for 45 minutes for a 5 minute cleaning and brief chat . The doctor barely took the time with me at all and didn’t really say much besides floss and that it would take me 3 months for them to refer me somewhere else to get what I needed done . Will not be returning unless I cannot find anywhere else to accept my insurance .

Me and my family have been here for 3 hours and only me and my sister got checked out. People are nice and welcoming but would much rather talk and chit chat then help their patients! I just switched here and i’m already needing to switch again. I would definitely never come here again!!!

My husband was in terrible pain from a rotting wisdom tooth. We called our dentist over and over with no answer, we even went to their office and no one was there. So I googled dentist in our area and Familia Dental came up. I called them and they got us in within the hour. The techs and dentist were incredibly nice and they pulled his tooth that day! I can't thank them enough and we are switching our whole family's dental needs asap.

Horrible experience!!!! Went to have a Tooth removed the dentist assured me he could fill it and I would have no problems on March 1st I returned because the filling had fallen out the dentist on duty that day insisted that I have a root canal. I insisted I did not want to root canal so just to pull the tooth when I would not follow what she wanted to do they then kicked me out saying I was being uncooperative and confrontational then went as far as to say I threatened staff which none of the above are true I just stated I would not have a root canal pull my tooth. I called their corporate office about the visit on March 1st they agreed with me it should be my right to Medical Care and my choice of the care I receive approximately two weeks went by and I was contacted by them wanting to know if I would like to come back out on June 21st to see my original dentist. I stated yes and called this morning to confirm my appointment I then went to the location where I was told I did not have a appointment they do not know why I was told I have an appointment and I would not be allowed to be seen there because I was confrontational on my last visit. I stated that I had a recorded phone call from both of them calling me and setting up the appointment and the confirming it this morning .

Highly recommended! These dentists are very friendly,caring,gentle and the best at their job. I've been scared of dentists put off work for a long time. But now I'm not and Will have all my teeth fixed and my partials done soon !! Tyvm Famalia Dental

The staff is real professional and nice. They are very family oriented and they know what they are doing when it comes to taking care of teethe and how to treat clients especially when it comes to a very active 2 year old.

This was the very first time my kids and I came to Familia Dental the staff is so amazing the doctor is very thorough. The place is very nice and clean it is the best dentist I honestly have been to in years. I definitely reccomend others to get the dental work and check ups done there. Familia dental has the best staff. Very friendly, kind, and personal. They listen to you and explain what needs to be done. They are simply the best dental office.
