They are the best in every way! Caring, compassionate, excellent customer service and most of all experts in their field. I have been seen by three of their Doctors and a number of Hygienist and numerous office staff. No complaints at any level. Highly recommend.

I love Beaumont Family Dentistry. I have been to many dentists but I have never felt more cared for than I do there. The day after I have dental work they actually call to check on me. I had 4 metal fillings replaced yesterday and I have had no pain. They know I am a bit anxious and they always make sure I am comfortable. I will never seek another dentist again. Visit BFD, you won’t be sorry !

I've been a patient of Dr. Takacs for 25 years. I've had only great experiences here. I've never once had a negative experience. All of the staff are personable and excellent at what they do. I've never once owed for a cleaning after insurance. That is not the case at two other dentists I went to. Just recently I went in because a tooth chipped. My cleaning wasn't scheduled for months later but Dr. Takacs made sure I got a cleaning the same day as the chipped tooth. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

This place is great at everything except quality care in my opinion and experience. Every time I had work done I had to go back 2, 3, or even 4 times to get the bite correct. I switched to another provider and it's amazing the difference in attention to detail.
I'm also pretty sure this incompetence led to have an unnecessary procedure done for which I have some permanent scar tissue in my upper gum. It's not visible, but I can feel it and it concerns me some that it could cause issues in the future. I've had tens of thousands of dollars of work done over the years at dentists so I feel pretty confident in my assessment of this place.

I understand that completely. 4 different visits to correct one tooth was not an exaggeration. I only mentioned a couple of instances of terrible care but more come to mind writing this review. I'm not sure what calling to discuss this would accomplish, but I certainly would if you feel this any of this is unfair criticism. I waited to write this review because I wanted to compare dentists and make sure I was being fair.

Very polite, great job cleaning my teeth and going over everything. Only issue I've had with them is having to deal with an insurance issue. It was frustrating that they did not handle for me.
