Dental assistants are very friendly and kind, and so are front desk staff and dentists. It's a world of difference from the last dentist office I went to, and I'm very happy I made the change. They truly care about customer service and I'm happy to recommend others to them

Efficient. Super friendly! Makes for a much nicer dentist visit. I've been shocked at how procedures have changed since I was a kid and how quickly they are done now.

I have been a customer for over seven years with Beaumont Family Dentistry. The two things that have remained consistent over this time is that I have always been greeted with a smile and the services provided have always exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work.

I took my mother to BFD because she had a dental emergency. She was basically given a $10,000 estimate to fix the problem. After doing some research I found Garden Springs Dental took her there and got the problem fixed for $4500 with payment options that worked for her. Fast forward to now, I went to BFD for a problem and was quoted $3200 for 2 crowns (and 2 fillings, the discrepancy eagerly mentioned below). I immediately went to GSD and got the problem fixed for $1700. Bottom line if you want to pay double and be shuffled through like an assembly line (for those with a Care Credit card) then this is your place. But if you want a good price with outstanding service check out Garden Springs Dental.

The team and staff at Beaumont Family Dentistry are excellent. They are friendly, make you feel relaxed, and do fantastic work. Drs. Takacs and Mayrand are experts at what they do. They are also very accommodating! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

This is such an excellently run and professional group of individuals. From the DDSs, to the hygienists, to the lady that checks out patients, thanks for your positive attitudes and care. With COVID upending everything, BFD has developed a great system to maintain their high level of care and safety for their patients. Well done!

Very professional and efficient, though it is difficult to get an appointment. They keep advertising on tv but can take 6 months to get in for regular patients. Please quit advertising until you have fixed the problem with demand.

There are not enough words for how amazing they are here. I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist, phobic to the point where even just talking or thinking about the dentist leaves me shaky, and I've had honest to goodness panic attacks over dental issues. These are issues left over from a year of terrible experiences when I was still in high school and- as they've made me realize by coming to Beaumont Family Dentistry- at the only other dentist I've been to since then. Despite the severity of my fear and phobia, the only thing I walk away from my appointments with this office is a sheer amazement at how friendly and completely NOT frightening the staff is.
I've been twice now. The first time was last year, and it was the first time I'd been to the dentist in I can't even tell you how many years. I'd finally reached the point where I was in so much pain, I could no longer stand it. I found this office by chance during an internet search, and decided on it because their website spoke of how they will work with phobic patients. I went in with my best friend for support, shaking and on the verge of tears. I can't say that I left without crying, because I DID cry while in the office, but it wasn't because of the dentists or staff. Unlike the last office I'd been to, they were extremely understanding and patient with me. They explained everything wonderfully, they had tissues for me, they were gentle and didn't rush me at all. Where the last dentist I had been to handed me a tissue and walked out of the room when I started crying, Dr. Golibersuch waited with me and talked me through it.
And even better? He laid out a complete treatment plan for me and with me, including both procedures I had to be referred to outside offices for, and follow up when they were done. He told me that a tooth my last dentist had said flat out couldn't possibly be saved actually COULD be saved, and explained how and why.
I was able to complete part of the plan last year, and the outside office I was referred to was fantastic as well. Due to a mixture of insurance reasons and dental phobia, I wasn't able to do everything, and ended up putting my next visit off. Despite that, through the year I surprised to receive messages from the office, and even a card at one point, because I'd certainly never heard of a dentist that sent CARDs. This year, things finally got to the point where I was ready to go again.
My most recent visit was just as comforting as the first, and even better than I'd thought, despite remembering how great they were before. The staff recognized me, were wonderfully friendly, and I even managed to make it through without crying or breaking down. Which doesn't sound like much, but trust me it's a big deal for me. They worked with me to continue and update the treatment plan from before, and while I'm still struggling with my fear personally, not a single bit of my issues or fear is directed at Beaumont Family Dentistry. I have no intention of ever changing dentists office, and my best friend who's gone with me both times is now planning on changing to this office as well.
TL;DR, these guys are amazing, friendly, and they can make even the most dentist phobic person comfortable.

It was awesome to see Dr. Kyle and her assistants, Destinee and Carol all working together, hands on, in perfect collaboration and expertise. A major job that required the pulling of 2 teeth and inserting 3 implants. A job that had this senior citizen, who has a history of avoiding dentists, shaking like a leaf that morning. I felt special and at ease. I was in good hands. It was awesome!

I'm probably the only person not overly impressed with this office. They're plenty nice when you come in, and seem competent in their work. I've only been 3 times, once for a cleaning, once for a fitting for a night guard, and once to have an orthodontic piece removed. The first time was fine, and I waited probably 10-15 minutes before being called back for the cleaning. The second time should have been a brief appointment and I waited 30 minutes with all 3 of my children, before having to ask (while listening to the receptionists up front chatting) when I might go back. Finally, a receptionist took me back and did the night guard fitting. This third time, I arrived 4 minutes after my appointment time, and I don't know why I rushed there. I saw everyone around me called back, and again, after listening to some talk up front, had to ask about where I was in the schedule. After asking, I was immediately called back. I don't know why it's necessary to ask. It seems to me that the 6+ people up front could keep up with the schedule. Frankly, if I showed up for my appointment 30 minutes late, they would have expected me to reschedule. It's just disrespectful of my time. The person who did bring me back did a great job and apologized for my wait, which I appreciated. It's a clean office, they offer cookies(??) and all that. But I've had better service, competence and punctuality in other offices.
