The new location is beautiful. Not only impeccable but how many waiting rooms have twin fireplaces? Relax by the fire while you wait for a fabulous dentist with a staff who are friendly and professional. My wait was only about 3 minutes - so even their timing and how efficient they are to get you in on time was perfect. Best dental experience ever! (This was my original review).
In the past few years this office has grown tremendously. I was concerned that the larger practice and staff changes may have impacted the personable and caring customer experience. However, my recent experience with Dr. Reagan and Ashley was fabulous! It was my first time seeing them and it was a great experience. Both were caring, kind, compassionate and provided top notch expertise in addressing my dental needs. You will be in great hands if you are fortunate enough to get scheduled with Ashley and Dr Reagan! (2021 review).

I was a patient here 3-4 years ago. My first visit they kept retaking x rays until I finally said enough x rays. Her response was you get more radiation from a plane ride to Florida.
They never measured my gumline. You would think that a office that preaches prevention would have done that at least once in the two years I was a patient.
The office is all about upselling. All of a sudden, I have numerous cavities that needed fixing after changing over to them. The one cavity they did "fix" has been nothing but problems to this day (almost 3 years after). I went in for them to adjust the tooth twice and they said there might be something else going on. I can tell you what happened, they screwed up the procedure. I had literally zero problems with the tooth before they touched it.
My wife and I both encountered this upselling method there. Bring your insurance or your money if you go here.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Hicks and his assistant, Addie. I have to say the experience was pleasant from start to finish. They are a very professional and friendly team. If I could rate Dr. Hicks more than 5 stars I would. It was totally painless and his work is impeccable. I have been in the dental field for 10 years and was very impressed with him.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I had gotten recommended this place from a friend saying they are really good. And that is an understatement, dr greenbaum is the best, I haven’t been able to trust a dentist to do anything, he did a tooth extraction for me and he went as far as letting me listen to meditation music and fish video. He and his assistant spoke to me calmly and confidently. Absolutely blessed to have a dentist that takes the Time to work with my anxiety and make me comfortable. Both time I’ve visited him 10/10! Where to begin...when I started going to Saco River Dentistry I didn't look to much different then a Jack O Lantern...
My primary Doctor...Jordan Hicks is a very caring/calm individual. He keeps himself available for his patients and explains in full the pros and cons of the options in front of me.
Doctor Zachary Reagan has a fun energy to him. I never thought that I would have a good time getting a root canal but here we are!! Extra points for knowing how important Prince was to the history of rock!!
Doctor Luke Libby has the build of WWE star Brock Lesner...but has the skilled hands of a SWAT Team bomb expert. He took care of my front teeth for me... They look so good now...i cant begin to explain how much better I feel about myself. Thank You!
As far as dental assistants go...this team works hard...Ashley M has a great attitude and makes me feel relaxed before a procedure. I'm so bad with names...but they all are so great.
And shout out to all the ladies working the front desk!!! even if you call at 7AM they answer with a smile...details matter and they get it right!!

I recently relocated to Southern Maine and was recommended to visit Saco River Dentistry. The atmosphere is welcoming and spotless, with COVID precautions taken at every step. Dr. Reagan is very kind and compassionate and has a great sense of humor, which in itself is comforting. He and his assistants always make me feel comfortable and at ease, while taking the time to explain all procedures.
I would highly recommend Saco River Dentistry.

State of the art equipment and add into the equation the highly knowledgeable, professional & personable staff and there’s no equal to the experience I received in customer/patient care!

I am in complete and utter awe with how amazing Saco River Dentistry is in Buxton. You walk in and it’s so calming and absolutely gorgeous! It’s like your not even at a dentist office (perfect for people with dentist anxiety) They took fabulous care of me and my 8months bun in the oven, I went in with tears of pain and walked out with tears of compassion and thankfulness. I highly recommend everyone go here I can’t even explain how full they made my heart. I went to get a tooth ripped out after over a month of agony, on a SUNDAY mind you and pregnant plus they got me right in! (Good luck finding that elsewhere) they really didn’t want to rip it out when it could be saved, gave me a once in a lifetime chance to fix my tooth instead with an emergency root canal (my tooth looks brand NEW! And no more pain!!) let me tell you i slept like a baby the second I left after being drained and exhausted for so long due to the pain. I am SO SO thankful, they were all so friendly and caring I never want to go anywhere else 💕 I’m literally finding a dental plan as we speak so I can continue to come here that’s how comfortable and confident I am with this place. EVERYONE was so kind, friendly, upbeat it’s just a very positive relaxing place. I cannot say enough and will never forget my experience that’s how emotionally touched I am. 100 ⭐️
