Starting a long term procedure/relationship with them, and the financial woman was sure to be very clear about pricing, financing & payment options, etc. Worked with me and was understanding. My first impression was good and the experience was interesting I'm just looking forward to my next appointment which is going to be somewhat painful (deep cleaning) but again interesting after a couple of appointments I will be in a better position to let you guys know how I truly think

Had a great experience here, staff is very friendly, hygienists have done a good job in cleaning with utmost care. Dr. Medeiros gave the best options for treatment plan, today I got the best looking crowns for the front 2 upper incisor teeth. I would definitely recommend this place for any dental problem.

First Visit to Aspen Dental : A Great Experience
As I walked into the office I was greeted by a warm welcome and great smile from Sabrina at the front desk. After a very short wait, I was introduced to the X-ray tech.[ which I forgot her name ] ; she was wonderful and very patient with me. I am not great when it comes to this type of X-ray.Next a visit with Audria whom explained the next visit for cleaning ect., very professional and also welcoming. Finally, I was meet by Dr. Medeiros who explained my upcoming options to my dental needs. Dr. Medeiros was awesome.
Post visit , I met up Sabrina to settle up, my future appointments and payment options. She was great, true professional at her job, offered payment options, explanation of dental insurance, and scheduling future appointment. This was a great experience and highly recommend Aspen Dental Dedham.
