Complete Health Dentistry of West Michigan

The staff at Complete Health Dentistry are amazing! Amanda and Nick were wonderful. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, why they were doing it and what my options were. This is the first place I've been too where i felt truly cared about. They focus on more than just cleaning your teeth and take a unique approach on whole body health. I would recommend Complete Health Dentistry to any and everyone!

Hands down the most comprehensive, smart, fun, and friendly dentist practice I have ever been to. Complete Health Dentistry does so much more than just clean your teeth. They care about the whole you and it shows in their practice and reccomendations. They are thoughtful about the products they use, which is so important to me. The entire staff is so friendly and everyone truly takes pride in their work. I never thought I would love going to the dentist, but Complete Health Dentistry makes it fun!

Absolutely loved my experience at Complete Health Dentistry today! After having the same dentist in Ohio for 15+ years, it was hard finding my own dentist here in Michigan. CHD was professional in every step along the way, especially in the appointment.

Amanda was excellent in explaining everything and making our time together personable. Coming from the dental field, I was able to learn a lot from her without feeling belittled. I loved my experience and the opportunity to learn more about my overall health!

So in short I love this place! First of all I do not trust dentists when they say I have a cavity. Im like "prove it". Well, thats exactly what they did! They took pictures of all my cavities, explained what was going on, why they were happening, and a comprehensive plan to get them taken care of. Shout out to Molly (I believe that is her name!) she was so great and funny!
Lets talk about the office staff because they definitely deserve a shout out as well. I was originally checked in by the insurance person (sorry totally not the right title name but you get the gist)! I called the office and the office manager picked up! They truly work as a team and care more about their patients more then their job title. The front desk staff were super nice and very helpful! All around great TEAM!

Dr. Maring and the entire team at Complete Health Dentistry of West Michigan are fantastic! They create an environment that makes patients feel comfortable asking questions and help ease the nervousness that can come with dental procedures. I loved that their staff explained how my oral health directly impacts my overall health. I also appreciate that they take dental care from a proactive perspective and take care of any dental issues as soon as they arise.

Everyone at Complete Health Dentistry is amazing. I've had a couple of fillings done and two cleanings, and both were excellent (or as excellent as a filling can be, haha.) They're also great with my seven-year-old daughter. Dr. Maring, Molly, and the front desk staff make us feel very comfortable and I always leave feeling confident in the work that has been done. Highly recommend!

This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to! The staff goes above and beyond to help patients. I had a dental emergency last year and they worked me in having never seen me previously. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. The new office is awesome.

I am not impressed! My son who has never had a cavity in his life, was told by this office that he needed $1500.00 worth of work on cavities that needed fillings. He went and got a second opinion and guess what? No cavities! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
So they called me about this review? Wow just wow! I find it quite interesting that when the new dentist reached out for the medical records for my son they had mysteriously disappeared and were never sent to our new dentist.
Another tidbit on how this place runs is that I had services back in January my insurance paid within 60 days of service and they are just now sending me a bill (took them 11 months to bill me) and tell me I have 30 days to pay it! Once again WOW!

I am extremely happy with Dr. Ritzema and his entire staff. He is very personable and actually cares about my dental health, something I've never experienced before in my life. Molly is the best hygienist I have ever had and for the first time in my life I actually look forward to having my teeth cleaned. Prior to finding Dr. Ritzema and his team, I had always had to have my teeth numbed for everything, including just cleaning. Since coming to this office my dental health has improved so much that I can now have my teeth cleaned without even getting them numbed up first. I will admit that prior to meeting Dr Ritzema and his staff, I was a dentist hopper. I always felt like my previous dentists didn't care and I changed dentists frequently. Well no more. I have been with them now going on 2 years and I am here to stay. BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER KNOWN!!! Thank you so much for breaking the mold! Love you guys! <3
