Complete Health Dentistry of West Michigan

I love the fact that Dr. Ritzema and his team are committed not only to the heath of my teeth, but the health of my body. Every time I visit the office, I am welcomed with smiles and kindness - feels like being treated by family. Dr. Ritzema is one of few dentists who has the ability to design, make and place same-day crowns which is so convenient for busy people like myself. I highly recommend Complete Health Dentistry.

I used to see Dr. Ritzema at a different practice before he opened his own location and was devastated when I had to wait to see him at his new locale. I cannot recommend him more highly than I do. If there was an option to give him more stars I would. His entire staff is awesome. Dr. Ritzema is knowledgeable and also has an awesome chair-side manner. He makes you feel like he truly cares which in this day and age is rare. His hygienists are absolutely wonderful! They are intelligent, kind and funny. If you're looking for someone that will make you feel like you are being included in your treatment, this is your guy!

This is easily the worst dental place in Grand Rapids. They charge for services and items that are not needed. Push expensive products on you. And miss diagnosis people to get extra money. My sister was told that she had multiple cavities from Complete Health Dentistry and got them filled. Here we are a year later and my sister has gone to a different dentist and was told that there are no cavities in her mouth. Also was told that there are surface level fillings that she didn’t need on her teeth.

All of the staff here is awesome. Not having been to the dentist in a long time and they make you feel right at home and go out of their way to make a personal connection with their clients.

Front desk staff is extra special at this practice. They are always so patient and helpful when I'm juggling scheduling my family of 4 with lots of different needs. Dr. Ritzema is easy to talk to, gentle and patient with my little ones, and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Maring, Molly and Brooke were fantastic. They took great care of my teeth and took great care to teach why they do what they do and why it is so important. I’ve been to a lot of dentist in West Michigan and this is the only place I will give 5 stars.

Dr. Nick and his dental assistant, Melissa, took great care and consideration for my dental needs. Like giving me breaks to close my mouth during my fillings. Any specific requirements (using a bite block) are recorded in my file for future appointments. All staff members are friendly, & courteous and financial management staff make sure that I don't go above my insurance plan.

I've been to a lot of dentists over the years and I don't think I need to ever go to another. I've been treated like family since day one, I've never felt any judgement, I walk into a positive environment every single time I go, they've worked with me financially, and they do great work. What more could you ask for?

Every visit at Complete Health Dentistry of West Michigan has truly been a joy and impacted my dental health in a positive way. I used to hate going to the dentist, but the compassion, care, knowledge, and positivity I’ve received from every staff member I’ve interacted with has made it something I look forward to.

Im not going into detail who has time for all that I gave this Dentist enough of my time and money. This place is a money pit nothing like it was for the last 20 years sure not a good replacement to the service I use to get before this young guy made his appearance steer clear never had a tooth problem until I met this guy. Signed crown gone bad....... I just read that big paragraph of lies you posted I never had a tooth problem in my life. I came there because I've been going there for 20 years before the incompetent dentist arrived I couldn't chew on one tooth. He did a crown in 2 days and then did a root canal in which I hear is backwards I came back like 3/4 times for adjustment or just to be comfortable ended up with a open contact and my tooth has never been the same do you really think I'm going to let him keep practicing in my mouth I thought his internship days were over.
