This is the BEST place ever!!! I have never been at any dentist place in my life that I could say that I am super happy with ALL the staffs and the doctor himself! Very kind and polite and super professional people! All I can say is I am very happy that I found this place to come get my teeth cleaned and work on! I would definitely recommend everyone come here if you need anything done with your teeth and mouth!

Only reason I'm giving more than 1 star is because the dentists and Dr. Huisman himself here is great. Linda at the front desk however, is not. Between my first and second cleaning here I switched dental insurances from Delta to Guardian.

After my second cleaning here, I updated my insurance and I was never informed that my new insurance was out of network here. Fast forward to today when I got a filling done, I had a 100$ bill for my cleaning (after they had already gotten 57$ for from Guardian!) that I had done a week ago due. I paid it and then came home and looked at my EOB and then realized that with my new insurance, Huisman was out of network. I called the office and explained that I didn't realize my new insurance was out of network and asked if they'd work with me on pricing, and was told that "pricing is pricing". I told them I would've appreciated being notified that they didn't work with my new insurance when I updated it and was told "well we can't keep up with 1600 patients and their insurance issues". The office should KNOW what insurance providers they work with.

Needless to say, I'm switching to a different dentist and feel taken advantage of. God knows how much my filling that I just had done will be. Also learned the hard way to know which dentists are in-network anytime insurance is changed.

Everyone that works here is very helpful, efficient, friendly and professional. The hygienists are gentle. Dr. Jeff is very thorough and is very good at explaining dental issues in a way that can be understood.

Huisman Family Dentistry is amazing! They are kind, thorough, gentle and offer world class care. They always have excellent and timely service and are incredibly sensitive to the needs of each patient.

After visiting several dental offices in Holland, My family & i visited this office for the first time recently. We all had a great experience!! If we could give the staff & the Dr. A 5 star+, we all would!! Front desk was sooo friendly & extremely welcoming!! Hygienist was so kind & gentle!! & Dr. Huisman was so generous with his time!! He listened to every concern i had & was very friendly. Best dental experience we've had as a family by far!!

I enjoyed my time today with Rena, dental hygienist. She was very thorough in the cleaning work and we had nice conversation. I recommend her to anyone getting their dental cleaning and evaluation.
