Personable, thorough, and professional above all else. Develops and follows treatment plans. Always explains everything clearly within this process. Overall, incredible dentistry and would recommend.
Also has a process in place for addressing covid which keeps both patients and staff safe.

I always feel like I am being sold something when I go here. A tooth brush, a new kind of toothpaste, a mouth guard, mouthwash, etc. My wife came in and was told she needed a filling on a cavity on a tooth she was having no pain in. She got the filling, then felt a lot of pain in the same tooth a day or two later. She called and asked if that was normal and they said she needed to come in. The dentist looked into her mouth, poked around, and said everything was normal but the filling came close to her nerve which caused her pain. Charged her and sent her on her way. Why are we paying a fee for a follow up where she came in with no pain and left with extreme pain.
I give 1 star only because to be fair the front desk staff are always very polite and helpful.

The hygienist and dentist were thorough and answered my questions.
The appointment started about 10 minutes late and I waited 10-15 minutes for the dentist after the hygienist finished cleaning my teeth.

Dr. Sharara is a great dentist. No pain during treatment and can make crowns onsite. Highly recommend. Also the staff is great.

Customer service is terrible. Had an appointment scheduled for March 2016 but had to cancel unexpectedly do to an emergency. I was in the hospital. They didn't even take that into consideration and said I had to wait until May 2016 to see the Dentist again. Great Dentist, very poor and RUDE customer service!! Will never go back!!
