I went there my first time, When I called to make my appt, I didn't get a friendly greeting, the lady was quite rude, I just figure it's the end of the day..yea whatever..when i went in for my appt I didn't get the warm greeting from the Front Desk, once I got call back, my Dental hygienist seems to grunt at every little thing even before we started the cleaning. I just wanted to walk out of there but waited thinking ok maybe she's just having a bad morning (benefit of the doubt). Well as she was cleaning my teeth it was quite painful, and every little thing I try to tell her i felt like Iw as being judge or that I don't know what I'm talking about. She doesn't give me any warning yet just go ahead and turn my head left and right, my teeth did not feel clean at all after she was done, it still had polish stuff on my teeth I asked for extra rinse, it seemed like she was saving water, got so little water to rinse with and when I ask her if they have the flat floss for my bridge in instead of the round floss she had told me it's the only kind they carry. (how can u only carry one type of floss) I went home and hmm..have to really consider if I want to go back to this place. oh and during my cleaning, she pretty much also told me if I leave and decided to not come back, they wouldn't really care. wth. Odd!
