We LOVE Little Grins Dental!! My kids cheer when they find out they "have to" visit the dentist. The entire staff is so kind and friendly. The ladies at the front desk know my family. They make sure you understand the financial statements and know exactly what you will have to pay. Beyond being fantastic with the kids, Dr. Craig makes sure that the parents are comfortable with the visit. You are welcome back in the room. And, Dr. Craig makes sure that you know exactly what is going on inside your child's mouth. The entire experience is exactly how a trip to the dentist should be!

I took my son for the first time for a cleaning and didn't know what to expect, but was immediately impressed. They have an awesome jungle gym in the waiting area that my kids didn't want to leave, but what was really impressive was the staff. Everyone was professional and friendly, and the dental assistant did a wonderful job explaining things to my son and putting him at ease. It turned into a fun experience for my son which I didn't expect. The dentist was also great with him, very friendly and my son loved him. I would recommend to any parent that wants their kids to have the best experience at a dentist!

I took my 3-year-old for her first visit to the dentist and Dr. Craig and all of the staff made it a success! In fact, she had so much fun that she cried when we had to leave. First, the environment was wonderful - everything was kid-friendly, including the restroom and the door into the office area. Secondly, the staff was amazing! I had mentioned that we had been reading a Dora Visits the Dentist book for a few weeks to prepare for our visit and that my child was convinced we were seeing the same dentist Dora does and they played along. They were incredibly patient with her and allowed her to touch and see all of the tools. She was so comfortable that she actually allowed for a cleaning and flouride treatment (we had attempted one before that was not successful). She has a very touchy gag-reflex and we had no problems with that during our visit. My child actually loves to brush and floss now! And to top it all off, our visit was affordable (we do not have dental insurance). I would highly recommend Little Grins!

All of the staff is very helpful and friendly. All costs out of pocket are given up front. Dr. Rechkemmer is great with my children especially my one that gets anxious about dental work. The hygienists are all great too!

Best experience I could ever ask for. Before starting with Little Grins my 7 and 10 year old hated going. Now they go back with the hygienists by themselves for their cleaning with no fears or qualms at all. Dr. Craig is so friendly and explains everything! His staff let's you know what your insurance won't cover BEFORE your appointment so you have no shock of what it might cost out of pocket. I could talk all day about how kid friendly every single aspect of this business is. Love, love, love them!

Dr. Craig and the entire staff are so amazing with the kids! My niece and nephews cannot stop talking about how cool it is getting to watch 3D TV while you get your teeth brushed! And of course how funny Dr. Craig's glasses are that he wears when he counts their teeth! The Assistants are all so nice and eager to answer questions and address concerns. And the front desk staff is so good about explaining everything so there are no surprises and making sure you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door!
I would definitely recommend Little Grins to anyone who wants their children to have a fun and positive dental experience!

I’ve been bringing 2 children here for the last 2 years. I love that my children WANT to go to the dentist because it’s completely kid themed and comfortable for them. While waiting they can play on the indoor play set, tablets, or train set. It’s so nice seeing kids play rather than sitting still trying to be quiet. The exam rooms are themed in addition to small equipment for little people. It’s precious! The assistants and dentist make the experience great by being playful and engaging. Before starting any thing they talk to the kids and tell them what they are about to do. They say a lot of encouraging things to children regarding their brushing skills. I love that because my children don’t believe me when I tell them so it helps coming from someone who doesn’t think they are perfect already. Haha. The ladies at the front are pretty great too. Another thing I really like about this office is that they aren’t exposing us to strong candles or other heavily scented sources. It really makes the place more enjoyable for parents.
The only thing I dislike but isn’t a deal breaker for now is that they are not contracted with my insurance. That means that I have to pay every bill up front. Which can sting a little. The ladies up front did tell me about this when my insurance changed so I wasn’t shocked the day of the appointment.

We have had fantastic experiences at Little Grins with Dr. Craig and his staff. We were referred by our "regular" dentist due to some dental work that needed to be done for our 6 year old. They made both the check up and the procedure fun for our kiddo and he even asked when he gets to go back! We had such a good first experience that we made an appointment for our 2 year old to have a check up. He really enjoyed the waiting room and the TV on the ceiling in the exam room. Dr. Craig and the staff our so patient centered and focused on creating a positive experience.

Wow! I literally can not say enough good things about this office and service we received! I was blown away by the service and care! My daughter has never met a dentist that didn't make her nervous or that didn't make her cry, until we came to Little Grins. The entire staff was so professional and Dr. Craig has a way of speaking to the kids that makes them so comfortable and at ease. My 5 year old daughter had such a pleasant experience here that she WANTS to actually go back!
The entire office is so friendly and welcoming, the seats are adorable, the rooms are super colorful and the equipment is so high tech and fast. The waiting room play area and tablets for the kids are also a plus, and a great distraction! My daughter walked in there and sat right down, put on their headphones and watched a movie on the 3D tv as the dentist worked.
The entire appointment was done quickly and efficiently and Dr. Craig gave good, professional opinions on treatments, whereas other offices we've been to have over diagnosed my daughter and didn't give us options. I love how he has the kids walk into the hallway to get a prize with the dental staff (after their appointment), and then talks to the parents about treatment options so the kids can't overhear/get scared about hearing the word "cavity."
After taking my kids to three dental offices where they had terrible experiences at each time, I think we've found our new dentist :) This office does dentistry in such a welcoming and professional way!

The only thing that was nice about this place was the play area in the waiting room. My daughter who brushes her teeth all the time...because I do it, had several cavities (without a single X-ray mind you).
Dr. Craig didn’t even have the time to sit & answer my questions as to how this happened because I was SHOCKED my 3 year old would have 7 caps that needed to be done. He then explained he didn’t have any time to do them & we would be referred elsewhere for treatment. Ok so now you are loosing a long time customer with this being her first visit & you are referring us to someone else to care for her until she is 18. Made absolutely no since to me!
Now we are going somewhere else not recommended by Little Grins & it has been excellent service! That doctor actually took X-rays & informed me that since I was very sick when pregnant that most of her problems are not related to bad brushing just a result that happened inutero & nothing we could have done differently.
Please beware if you child does not have perfect teeth they will probably do the same to you. Wouldn’t it be nice to be a dentist & work on people with perfect teeth all day.
