The reply below is a blantant lie on all accounts and not appreciated, I was unable to reply. I know several families that will not be going there any longer. BEWARE: I scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks ago for a new patient exam AND cleaning for today: 9/18/2018. Upon arrival this office seemed wonderful. I had a new gal training and she fumbled through my routine xrays. When the Dentist, David Duke came in.. he looked them over and proceeded to tell me about a "special" cleaning I needed and a slew of other things I needed to have done. Then they sat me in an office to discuss my "treatment plan", costs, etc. They had no intention of giving me the cleaning, just upsell me. I asked about the cleaning and was told I was never scheduled for one?!?! I have been to the dentist, ortho (braces) and have taken care of my teeth.. my entire life. I was very upset and told by David himself there must have been a "miscommunication". NO there wasn't -this office refused to do what I was on schedule for and instead, tried to upsell me. Do not waste your time with this office! I will be filing a formal complaint.

Read this if going to the dentist is makes you panic. I hate going to dentists. (Childhood experiences) It's so soaked in my DNA logic doesn't work. So when I moved from Bozeman (leaving a dentist I'd been with for 25 years) and moved to Philipsburg, finding a dentist I could trust seemed impossible. I'd just rather not go. Well, eventually I did and tried a couple and then went to Dr. Duke and found my new home. He's one of those people who cares about what he does, and he cares for people, and he doesn't have bad breath like the dentist I had as a kid. I still panic when I go, but not so much thanks to him.

First time going to Bitterroot Dental. I love the vibe when you walk in. The staff is extremely warm and friendly. For someone who has a fear of going to the dentist and refused to go the past 6 years, I'm happy to say I will come back here.

They were great with my 4 year old. He even let them give him a cleaning on his first visit! He's excited about "Clifford" the big red machine, we'll see how he feels AFTER the cavity fill :). I also love that this review is translating to $25 to a charity of my choice from Bitterroot Dental.
