I just had my check up at Rand dental again. They are really great people. Very professional. I am going to have an implant done by them next.

We have been going to Dr. Rand for the longest. He and his staff are all fabulous. Tracey did a great cleaning yesterday, and she was just so pleasant. If you are looking for dental care, look no further.

This office is great just for routine cleaning and checkups. When it comes to more advance things they are not very professional. If you have emergency you won’t be taken or even considered. They don’t call if you are on waiting list for emergency visit, they also don’t respond on email which I’m not sure why is there an option online to send them an email. So if you have anything serious don’t rely on this place and seek for better office around Morris county. Minor things and hygienists are super nice and easy to be seen.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I absolutely hate going to the dentist but the front desk and staff here are some of the most lovely, efficient, proactive and professional people ever. They are incredibly kind, they are knowledgeable, they make you feel totally comfortable, and they are always present. As an example, this seems like a silly acknowledgement, but standing at the front desk window waiting to be helped with two front desk staff, I've had so many instances where I'd be waiting and waiting standing in front of the receptionist or having to get their attention even while standing in front of them, and another staff that was not busy at all also ignoring I was there because I wasn't standing in front of them -- not at Rand. If one member of staff was busy, the other was actually proactive in taking the attendee -- something I've rarely experienced in most medical visits unfortunately - but the staff at Rand actually seem happy to be working there and it shows. They are also incredibly personable and actually remember who you are. And this is 8 am on a Saturday morning too.

To boot -- I had all 4 of my wisdom extracted from their oral surgeon, Dr. Gugala -- Absolute Magic. I really can only describe him as a Dental Wizard. Barely feel any pain at all, questioned if I actually had the impacted teeth removed, but sure enough I've got the stitches to prove it. It's been 12 hours since, and I'm just in absolute amazement at how good I feel. I was really expecting to be in a lot of pain and disorientation, but I feel completely normal except for a VERY mild reminder that I had oral surgery this morning. I actually only bother writing reviews when I feel super strongly about the facility, nevermind bothering to do it the same day I attended -- but I absolutely cannot recommend this oral surgeon and this facility more, they're just simply an amazing combination of skill and hospitality under one roof. And if anyone else is scared of the dentist like me, this is the place to go, and Dr. Gugala once again, is just an incredibly skilled and professional surgeon. Thank you so much!

Love Rand Dental. The staff is friendly and welcoming and quick to answer any questions or concerns. Dr. Rand is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was able to save my tooth without having to pay for an expensive crown. Such a great experience and painless procedure.

Courtney took our first phone call and was kind as well as easy to talk to. Upon our very first visit, Cindy and the staff were friendly and informative. I have been a patient for over 20 years. This practice has met all my dental needs and expectations. I have always been impressed with the staff, and the way they operate. Dr. Rand always is on top of things and utilizes the newest technology . It is very nice to come to one office and have many different types of dentists there to help with your dental problems. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice to my friends and family.

I've got nothing but great things to say about Rand Dental! I've been coping with clinics and urgent care type dentists unnecessarily for the last 8 years on Medicaid. Not only does Rand accept and work with Medicaid, they are fantastic in every way! Very professional, kind, gentle and painless, from the phone calls to the desk, the assistants and hygienist, to the chair. They not only do general dentistry, but have on staff periodontists, endodontists, prosthodontists, orthodontics, and pediatric dental specialists. They have the latest equipment for 3D modeling and manufacturing crowns (on-site!) and really go above and beyond to accommodate and make you comfortable without judgment.

I'm so glad I found them. Rand Dental will be my permanent dentists from now on! (after 40+ years and countless others)

Dr Rand and his staff took their time during my first visit. Full set of Xrays. Dr Rand evaluated my prescription from another dentist to extract a tooth. Turns out Dr Rand was correct and the tooth does NOT need extracting. He sat with me and reviewed all my xrays and gave a thorough exam. The entire office staff were very nice, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Dr Rand and all his associates. On my first visit his office actually called my insurance company to confirm I could get a full set of xrays and thorough exam ( because I had this about a month prior and they were horrific). I am looking to my cleaning during my next visit and seeing the staff.
