First visit here for cleaning and X-ray with Jenn and it was absolute pleasure! Very pleasant and polite, she explained everything in detail, 1000 times better then my last place should’ve switched long time ago! Thanks again to everyone! I appreciate it!!

Dr. RandTook my daughter in for an emergency check. My daughter is young and responded very well to him. She enjoyed her experience and I’m very grateful for him fitting us in last minute.

Totally unprofessional. Unwilling to take responsibility for their work. Constant flow from of drive-by dentists..different one every time. Confused and disorganized front desk. Screw up my appointments & billing multiple occasions. Keep you waiting. Never again.

I’ve a patient at Rand for almost 10 years. Always have a good experience there! Took me In today when I had an emergency no wait and 15 minutes later problem solved!

I referred to Rand Center for Dentistry by my manager. When I went to Rand Dental Associates, I was touched by the staff and Dr Li, who checked my tooth after examining me. She told me my tooth is beyond repair. I had no choice after I was scheduled to go back on April 25, 2023. But I was happy when I was told my appointment is scheduled for January 27,2023. Thank you for your help.

This is going to be lengthy but worth it I promise. To begin, I have had the only difficult time trying to find a dentist that was 1. In network with my ins 2. Uses anesthesia/laughing Gas (terrified so I need to be put to sleep) 3. Was able to fit me in asap! I called on a Tuesday inquiring of the first 2 #’s and was scheduled that very same Friday!!! The lady who picked up the call was super sweet, super patient, and super accommodating. Come to find out we share the same birthday thank you so much for such a great introduction of personality to the office Pernille(office manager) I am a firm believer that the face of the office is not only your check-in staff but the very first phone call to an office which can alter one’s opinion on whether or not they even want to be bothered scheduling,and for sure Pernille was a sweet heart. So arrival day of my appointment comes and last minute my daughters (she’s 2) dad was unable to stay with her for me. I called the office with the expectation of them telling me I had to reschedule but nope! They said no worries, bring her in!!! Moms- we all knw this could have surely went the other way around but they still allowed me to keep my appt and bring a toddler! I arrive at the office and all of the front desk/check-in staff wore warm smiles that was welcoming and were quick to check me in. Now let’s skip to the good part, (I battled myself with telling this part-but deemed it necessary for anyone who may need a sense of persuading in their opinion to visit with the office due to the staffs great characteristics) I have battled with sister Mary Clarence (menstrual cycle) my whole life. Of course who decides to make their grand entrance as I’m sitting in the dental chair (🤦🏻‍♀️😳) none other thn her and her entire force that gave me no choice but to ask the staff for help. How embarrassing is tht?! But the staff, Iulia-the hygienist who is sweet, super knowledgeable, and was greatly helpful, Laura, Gabby, Stephanie (front desk staff) that not only helped with my toddler, but kept her safe, smiling, and super awesome personalities esp with my curse that occurred and helped me sneak out the back door to go home and get my self situated and even allowed me to COME BACK and finish my appt!!! Dr Li and her asst Tamard super sweet, PATIENT (my scary behind) and helpful. All of the above mentioned have gone above and beyond all in my first visit!! I don’t care if I move to another county. I will stay with this office as they have a loyal patient in me! To the readers I’m sry for the lengthy review but it was very necessary and I can only be so grateful towards the staff for their kindness in their acts of humanity which these days are far and few. Thank you ladies 🙏🏼🙌🏼

My boys have been coming to Rand Dental Associates for years and have always received excellent service. Dan is amazing. He takes the time to explain all the steps and answer all our questions. Highly recommend.

I would absolutely recommend Rand for both kids and adults!! Hygienist Jen is amazing, very friendly & gentle. While the staff on the pediatric side are so patient and make the experience fun!

Rand dental does the best work of any dentist. There’s a team effort in everything that is needed. I never have to specify any hygienist or dentist because they are all caring and hard working.
I have In trusted in Rand to care for my dental health for more than 10 years and have never had a complaint.

Our son recently had 4 wisdom teeth removed and we had a very positive experience. Everyone was very friendly- we would definitely recommend your office.
