You Dental

So happy I found this practice. The staff is always friendly, helpful and they make me feel more than welcome. I had my first root canal and I was super nervous but they made the experience easy peasy(!) They also worked with me and my insurance when I needed to work out a payment plan for some things that weren’t covered. Found my forever dentist - hoorah!

Doctor Jia was very professional. She took the time to explain all of options and answered all my questions. The office was well organized and the staff was fantastic. I highly recommend anyone who needs to go to the dentist.

I followed Dr. Jia from her last practice because she truly is exceptional. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist to the point of hysterical crying and vomiting. Since meeting Dr. Jia and working with her, I don't even get nervous ahead of time anymore. Her work is beyond the best I've had. She takes her time and is so incredibly thorough. Her new location is stunning and feels like a home. You can tell how perfectly everything was planned out so the best services could be made offered to the client. Choosing Dr. Jia is the best decision you can make for your mouth and yourself.

Definitely recommend YOU Dental to the family with children. I brought my 5 years old boy to see Dr. Jia this afternoon, she is so professional and nice to my son. My son told me he likes Dr. Jia very much because he feels no nervous at all .You Dental Deserves your trust.

This is a very beautiful and comfortable new office. I took my twin boys to see Dr. Jia this morning and they already love her. She was so patient and explained every single step to them, especially with my older twin boy who normally doesn’t like to go to dentist. He did so well today with Dr. Jia. All of their staff members are so friendly and helpful. Thank you, Dr. Jia, for doing a such great job with our boys. We’re very happy with your services. This is definitely a place you can count on for great care and customer service.

Dr. Jia is very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. My son enjoyed his visit to You Dental. Dr. Jia also shared information on functional orthodontics with us regarding my younger kid's situation. We are looking into this new approach for healthy tooth and jaw development. Thanks!

The staff in the clinic were friendly, the facility was new and clean. But
I write this long review to remind people to avoid the misconduct of Dr Jia. She issued a contaminated oral appliance to my son during the orthodontic treatment!!!
The attached pictures show the appliance that Dr Jia provided for my son's orthodontic treatment. It's very unfortunate that Dr. Jia issued us a contaminated device for oral use during the COVID-19 pandemic; the consequences would have been disastrous if the appliance was contaminated by the coronavirus. Dr Jia was very unprofessional about her appliance and her moral quality has reached our limits.
My son started orthodontic treatment at You Dental since January 2020. An oral appliance was used daily and I found that the device broke severely after about a month. After talking to my son, I learned that the appliance already started to break the second day he used it, and the condition became worse ever since. I informed Dr Jia immediately, and she directed my son to keep wearing it until our next appointment on March 16. Due to COVID-19, the appointment was canceled. Dr. JIa offered a pink one (the same model appliance) for my son to wear indefinitely until our next appointment.
I picked up the appliance on 3/16/2020 at her clinic. After arriving home, I found the following serious issues with the supposedly new appliance upon opening the case. First, the case and the appliance were scratched, and had dust and/or foreign particles in it. Second, the appliance clearly had stains and dried yellowish residue accumulated in gaps, a clear indication that the unit had been contaminated. See attached photo for more details. The second picture shows how narrow the gaps are. There is no way that the residue there is “dust.” For the first appliance, I had to squeeze it and insert a Q-tip inside to clean, and the gap was full of saliva the next morning. This is the most difficult place to clean. Dr. Jia initially responded to this saying that she may have given me the wrong one. She then said that she stored the appliance near her kitchen, and that it accumulated dust and grease that way. She insisted that all her other appliances were the same. If it is, in fact, dust or grease accumulated from the kitchen like Dr. Jia claimed, there should not be scratches and water stains on the surface, and foreign particles would be distributed on every part of the appliance and not just in the gaps.
There were many inconsistencies in Dr. Jia’s accounts. She and I communicated back and forth because she said she only had one pink appliance in stock, and my son was not happy with the color. She also said she had to order a new one for us after we found out sever issues mentioned above and requested a new one. Those indicated that she has the only contaminated appliance at her possession and she issued to us. In addition, she didn’t even know the appliance had been modified until I pointed it out. I looked up the model and found that the appliance is universal, but with adjustments. Specifically, the unadjusted universal model has a tab, or “tail”, which was not present on the one given to my son. See attached photo 3(copyright: Myofunctional Research Co.) from vendor's website.
Dr. Jia first responded saying that she didn’t know it has been modified and asked me to show her, then she changed her accounts to that this is a newer model, not necessarily in need of modification. She also claimed that modified appliances are sterilized thoroughly by the vendor prior to deliver in the clinic after I sent her the information from official website. Further communication with the appliance vendor reveled that the vendor provides a variety of options regarding the appliance to suit different situations, but the vendor does not modify their appliances. Dr. Jia then said her memory was not accurate and our communication was “under pressure” when I doubted her various inconsistent statements.

Spectacular care, gentle dentistry, personal connections and concern for patients! Dr. Jia is wonderful and her staff is exceptional!

Great facility and absolutely AMAZING with my 4 year old. The Dr creates an incredibly welcoming, safe, enjoyable environment and takes something that could be scary elsewhere and makes it genuinely fun. Totally recommend this place to anyone with kids looking for a dentist.
