Waited for over an hour for my 4 year olds cleaning. He is very active and can't hold still for more then 10 min and they expected him to. The place is very dirty. Dog hair all over from the owners dogs. Will be referring him out of that place. Horrible service. Would give less than one star

They do great work, however this is the 6th time for a reschedual dating it to over a year i have been waiting to get my crowns! Very rude I wouldn't bring myself or my children here again.

It's been a month sense I've had my x rays. I call almost every day trying to see when I can get in with the oral surgeon and am told over and over they'll call me back. I've never gotten that call back so I had to call another dentist and I already have an appointment I just have to get my x rays from mcxue and that will be the last time I set foot in that building

Wonderful staff and great dentists. Good service and availability. Very understanding when emergencies pop up and very flexible with your schedule. Wednesdays are the best too!

They switched to pediatrics only in July and never notified me. I had an appointment for July 18th that was made 6 months ago. They never called or sent a letter saying that they were no longer going to be able to see me. Really disappointed.

Never been there but 3 friends had all their teeth pulled, sent home and told to take asprin or Tylenol. Guess he never had to go through that pain. No stars from me.

My husbands upper plate which is 4 years old continuously breaks while eating and each time we get charged to have it repaired. If this continues I guess we’ll have to start a lawsuit for inferior product liability. This is ridiculous!!

My son had a terrible tooth ache. I called at 2 pm and they got him right in. There was no other appointment available. I appreciate thier concern for my child.
