Wonderful staff; the front desk ladies are very nice and the team is very professional. My kids had been very nervous about dentist visits until they met Dr. Jensen who is the best dentist we have had. Personally, I have the greatest experience with Dr. Jensen, My filling fell off and I called the office, I immediately got an appointment (although it was during COVID 19 outbreak). She fixed my filling perfectly AT NO CHARGE!!. Besides her professionalism, Dr. Jensen is an amazing person and very friendly.

My family and I have been going to Broadway Family Dental for almost 5 years and every appointment has been nothing but wonderful! We are always greeted with a welcoming smile and are never rushed out. The nurses are thorough with their work and are super accommodating when I have to bring my two young children along to my appointments. The nurses give my daughter coloring pages, books, and even visit with her while I’m getting my work done. Megan at the front desk, is always a pleasure to work with regarding payments and scheduling. Dr. Hirst is so friendly too! He and the staff of Broadway Family Dental are phenomenal! I HIGHLY recommend them!

I've always had a dental phobia. I avoided the dentist for years, and ended up with a lot of problems as a result. Dr Jensen changed all that. I've never had a dentist be so gentle, so understanding, and care so much about her patients. It took several visits, but together we finally got my teeth in good shape, and I've had two visits since then for regular cleanings with no additional problems. Dr Jensen did a fantastic job. The equipment available includes a laser, so on smaller cavities, she didn't even have to numb me, which was great, and I felt no pain.
Dr Jensen treats everyone in my family, from my kids to my mother. My youngest daughter likes going to her so much, she's been known to fake tooth pain so I'll make her an appointment! Best of all, she's the only professional in the Minot community who can properly diagnose and treat tongue and lip ties. I took my youngest son to her when he was only 5 days old to have his lip tie released, and it made breastfeeding so much easier. I'm so grateful for the care I've received at this office, and I won't go anywhere else!

Our son had a tongue tie and Dr. Jensen and her staff did an excellent job. She was very thorough and detailed allowing us to feel comfortable and understand the diagnosis, procedure, and after care with ease. Very glad we decided to go here. My son is very stubborn and has adhd,ODD and mild autism. Heidi was amazing with him. He let her do everything she needed to do to clean his teeth :o He usually has a lot of issues at dentists. Dr Jenson is also very informative and can really tell they want what's best for your child. They give lots of great information and advice. My son has always had a problem with sleeping as well and she subjected a Little retainer that is called a habit corrector that they wear at night that help align the jaw for better breathing at night and i think it will really help my son!
they were also really great with my 3 year old and explained everything that they were doing to him before hand and he even sat perfectly still for everything :o they made it a fun and positive experience for him which I'm so happy with!
Even with me, i've had 3 dentist try everything they could to help my sensitivity on my teeth and none could figure out why.
Dr Jenson found a small crack on the tooth i said hurt and i'm getting a crown on it soon and hopefully will be better :)
The front desk ladies are super sweet as well and got us all in at the same time to accommodate our trip from Glenburn so we didn't have to travel on multiple days. They always fully explain any billing of what Insurance will cover and how much you would pay upfront as well. Will definitely be our go to dentist while we are stationed here!
