My three young daughters have all seen Dr. Jensen the last few years. We have found BFD team to be professional, gentle, and friendly. She takes time to talk with me, never seem rushed, and offers helpful suggestions regarding caring for feisty todlers' teeth. My youngest daughter had a tongue tie lasered as a newborn. Everything went perfectly and made nursing much more comfortable.
My husband and I see Dr Hirst as well, and have always had excellent gentle care.
What sets BFD apart the most? Their timeliness. I don't know how they do it, but they have never been late getting our appointments started. Having little kids and driving from out of town means waiting in a waiting room not much fun! I think of them whenever I am sitting waiting somewhere for an appointment.
Lastly, they have a very clean bathroom and changing table! Necessities!

I had a tooth break off of my dentures on Sunday evening. I called the office Monday morning and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. I dropped the plate off and had it back Thursday afternoon. I was expecting a 3 or 4 day wait. Great service. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Dr's. Hirst and Jensen are so caring and gentle. I enjoy seeing them and trust them. Broadway Family Dentistry is more than Dr's Hirst and Jensen, from the time you enter the building, you're greeted with kind and professional people then you meet the hygentists and dental assistants who are equally all of the aforementioned. They have a wonderful chairside manner, are very personable and make accommodations for your comfort, including headphones and a blanket. I can't say enough good things about Broadway Family Dentistry. I'm very thankful to have found them.

I avoided the dentist for 3-4 years due to an awful experience at my last dentist (tech shoving in the bite-wing xray as I was pushing her back). I had some tooth pain recently and knew I needed to go to avoid a cavity becoming anything worse. I cried all weekend leading up to the appointment thinking about those bite-wing xrays. But Jacinta was AMAZING. She let me hold the xray tool and gave me complete control of pushing it into my mouth. It took about 20 seconds total and afterwards, I said "that was it?!" No gagging and minimal discomfort. She would ask frequently during the rest of the appointment if I was okay and would tell me everything she was doing. Dr. Jensen was the same way; very kind and understanding and walked me through everything. I never leave reviews, but this office definitely cured me of my phobia and I know I won't dread any future appointments.

I went to BFD with a lot of work that needed to be done once a month for close to, if not over a year back in 2014 - 2015. I spent over 5 thousand dollars trying to get my mouth fixed. I just went to a check up at a different dentist office, as I have moved, in January and the dentist has told me I will need to have EIGHT of the fillings DR. Jensen had done for me, redone. One of the filings has turned into a root canal and a crown and another one of the fillings she performed had decay left in the bottom and had to be extracted. I understand that fillings are not an exact science and that occasionally they need to have work done on them; however, the fact that eight of these fillings need to be completely redone in less than a 2 year time period is an issue of great concern to me. I contacted Dr Jensen telling her my situation and seeing if there was any way we could work through this and make it right. I received a letter from Dr. Jensen basically telling me I was on my own and wished me luck. I feel betrayed as I spent so much of my money with her and yet she all she could do for me was send a letter saying that it was all my fault.

Absolutely impressed with how I was greeted as well as my dental assistant and Dr. treated me with my care at the forefront. Due to the caring about my situation I was able to be seen before I went on vacation. Extremely happy with this Dentistry!!!
