I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, but since I started going to Psota Family Dentistry, now Middleburg Family Dentistry I honestly look forward to my visits. Sue is one of the kindest and most caring people. Paula is the best hygienist, she is so sweet and funny the time passes so quickly while she works. Dr’s Jackie and Jon are awesome as well. I would highly recommend for new patients.

From scheduling to checking out I have had a wonderful experience, each and every time I have been to Middleburg Height Family Dentistry. The front desk staff is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely kind! They are the first and last people you see, so this is very important and they knock it our of the park every time. Krista, the hygienist that I have seen each time that I have been in is very kind, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. She makes you feel comfortable and always very informed with the procedure you are having done (even if it is just a routine cleaning). Dr. Dana Hyde is another fantastic member of the team, funny, smart, caring compassionate, I cannot say enough good about the staff at this practice.
Also, as I bit of a clean freak this office is always spotless which makes me feel wonderful walking it. It is always clean, bright and happy. I will continue to be a patient for many years. I feel very comfortable and confident as a patient of Middleburg Heights Family Dentistry
