From the minute I walked in the staff was nothing but courteous and friendly. The hygienist, Christa, was awesome. She listened to my concerns and shared them with Dr. Jackie. She even cared about my comfort offering a pillow or blanket.
I appreciate the fact that Dr. Jackie actually listened to me with my concerns. Very professional and caring. She offered options for my treatment plan, and patiently answered my questions.

I have been a patient at Middleburg Heights family dentistry for over 20 years. I have referred several friends and family over the years because of their outstanding service, attention to detail and overall care. The lobby is gorgeous and comfortable with beverages, snacks, a play area for kids and they even have a mouthwash dispenser in the restroom!! Every single person I have ever encountered has been friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. And they all have beautiful teeth! The moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the lovely Sue then taken back to your room and offered a warm or cold neck pillow and lotion with warming mitts for your hands. It’s like a day at the spa! My hygienist, Paula is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and makes me feel like a friend every time I’m there. The dentists are also very kind and gentle and cater to cowards like myself. People say to me all the time how much they hate going to the dentist. I look forward to it!

The dental hygienist that cared for me was professional, personable, gentle and caring. She was obviously in the right profession, her knowledge base and attitude proved it. The Dr I saw had excellent bedside manner while answering any questions I had. The entire staff I came in contact with today is an absolute asset to this office. I have to say I’ve never felt that comfortable, relaxed and confident in the care I was receiving in a dentist office until now. I highly recommend this office to others.

I had 3 teeth fillings on Feb 21, 2022. One of them has been hurting since that day, could not bite nor take cold/hot drinks & food. I went back here on March 10, 2022, my doctor reshaped my filling. 2 weeks after, still hurting and super sensitive. I went back to see the doctor again on March 22, was told I needed to wait another 2 months for my tooth to settle down, and if not better by then, they would find a way to treat. I am waiting now. Will see how that goes.
