I have been going to this office for years. They are always great to work with and never have to wait for any length of time. I am very comfortable with everyone in the office, which is good since a dentist office has never been my favorite place to visit🥴

My wife have an appointment for deep cleaning and I personally went to the office and told receptionist she want to do whole deep cleaning at once or don’t want it. I got to the appointment and receptionist charge me $118 copay w/o explaining me anything. Later on, office manager came and said it’s partial cleaning only. I explained everything and they refused to do it. They want me to pay double or warn me to charge cancellation fee. I got charged $25 for cancellation due to their lies and fraud. I recommend everyone not to choose this place and staff behavior disgusting. Worse!!!

My family has used Dr. Sharma for 5+ years and he and his entire staff have always been honest, personable, and very efficient. I would highly recommend him.

I really really hate going to the Dentist mainly because keeping my mouth open for long periods of time is very uncomfortable for me along with the sound of drilling inside my mouth.

That said, the employees here made an effort to make me feel comfortable and less stressed especially after having my 1st tooth pulled (as an adult).

The assistants were also friendly and would say hello as I walk by which felt nice.

The work is not done very well. A crown I had placed came off after the cement wasn't mixed properly. I was told that I needed fillings but got a second opinion from another dentist who said I was fine. I spent almost 4 hours here for my crown appointment, 1 1/2 hours of that was just waiting in the crowded waiting area. I only went here bc it was close to my job and home but no more.

Update...apparently short staffed means short service as well. I understand that hours are limited but if a patience has an emergency issue due to service done at your office and make them wait to be seen, loose work AND have to find an emergency dentist the least you can do is be empathetic vs "well we're short staffed", "well we're only open three days a week"....well I'm sorry but excuses when it comes to the care of you and/or your family really raise concerns. I can that the people who have treated my family have been amazing and kind but apparently the issues from the remaining staff who would rather cut people off and make them feel less about themselves is why enough staff has left that this facility can not longer perform a simple cleaning until they can find new people. The people who cared and are apparently not there anymore is the only reason I'll leave two stars.

Billing dept is horrible. 2 years later…I’m receiving a bill???? My husband and I pay our bills in full…When asked what the bill was for she could not explain it and I questioned her… she got irritated and hung up on me… needless to say, my family and I are moving. Wonderful dentist but horrible office staff.

I have been a patient for this dental clinic since 2016, but in my recent past visit, I was kind of confused with the receptionist asking me deductible the second time for deep cleaning which I paid on my last visit. I think it is patient's right to have such cleaning or want to have just regular 6 months cleaning. I don't think the insurance forced the dental clinic to have to patient just do what the client does not like or wish to have the treatment. The lady in the receptionist even refused to schedule me for my next 6 months cleaning with doing the deep cleaning. I asked to talk to dentist inside but I was not given chance. There are many more such mushrooming dental clinics business in the community I thought and return. As a loyal and sincere patient with Dr. Sharma, I am not sure whether to return again or choose another for future treatments.

I went here with my fiance and I would have to say that the staff, dentist and dental assistant was very polite, informing and fast during my first visit. However, once I was scheduled for my follow up visit same day as my fiance's who was in the morning and mine in the afternoon, things took a turn for the worse. I accompanied my fiance to his appointment in the morning, and was there for at least two hours(which was reasonable for the amount of work he was getting done), and towards the end of the appointment I got a call from my daughter's school telling me I needed to pick my daughter up who was having stomach pain, so I went up to the front desk at 1:15 pm (In person) and told them I would have to reschedule my appointment which was at 3 pm. The dental assistant said OK and cancelled the appointment for me. Once I got home I got a phone call from the office manager who said that I would not be able to be seen at that office anymore because I did not give a 24 hr cancellation notice. At that point, I brought up the fact that my fiance just did a no call no show(didn't cancel) for his previous appointment, and called to reschedule the next day and was told that the policy is that he could reschedule and but would have to pay a $25 fee. I told her I understood the policy even though I don't agree with it because things happen and not always 24 hrs in advance, most people are not fortune tellers, however I would be more than happy to pay the $25 fee and reschedule. She then claimed that that was only an exception for him and then told me to my face that she WILL NOT do the same for me. As I questioned this policy/exception she then claimed that she is not even allowed to charge him a $25 fee because of the type of insurance he and I have. I politely told her once again that I understood the policy, but thought It would be more beneficial for me to speak to the policy maker, since she was just taking orders. She said that person would be the owner, and he did not have a number for me to call, but would leave a message for him to give me call. A week later, I never got a call from the owner or the office manager, but I did get a call from their office that was intended for my fiance, to remind him of his appointment and the $25 fee if he cancels without notice, that she claimed was not applicable to him. At that point I called back to bring this to their attention and to pay the fee to reschedule my appointment. Once again the office manager told me that I could not reschedule my appointment, that the $25 fee was not applicable to my fiance or I(even though I have a voice mail that contradicts that) and she had actually spoken to the owner about my complaint, who said that's the policy and that's that, and that he will not speak to me(the customer). And that it was actually her decision to make the appointment after the cancellation, but she" would not". I was never disrespectful, mean or rude, so I have no idea why she made that decision, but out of pure unnecessary meanness. I didn't even get a phone call as a courtesy to tell me the outcome of my complaint after she had spoken to the owner. Not to mention I had referred my fiance and sister to this practice, so any money that they may have lost from my cancellation has been made up from the two patients that they have gained from me.

If you are disabled and on a managed care insurance plan do not go here. After saying they don't take my insurance a repeptionist called and said they did but had never heard of it because its a special type of insurance for those with more severe disabililities. My meds cause dry mouth so I got a cavity and wanted it filled. She said they won't do any kind or restorative work to save a tooth and will only pull them. Pull a tooth over cavity? I'm 23 years old and they have to be crazy if they think I'm going to just let them rip a tooth out if my head without even looking at it. Now I hate my insurance. It's very clear we are disposable to the country but telling me the only dental procedure they will do is yank a tooth out and rip it out of someone with a connective tissue Ostioporosis and bleeding disorder none the less. Thats just a smack in the face. Like I asked to be born with this genetic conditons or like in some lazy person who just doesn't want to work. If your on medicare or Medicaid, especially the specialized plans for those who recieve home health care or in nursing homes like Mycare, C-SNP or D-SNP stay away from this place. They treat you like an invaluable waste of space. I never even got far enough on the call to know if they are wheelchair accessable so I'm sorry I cannot speak on that. I grew up with a lot of luck with dentists. I have complex PTSD from medical abuse and neglect in the medical field but Dentists have always been "the good guys" but I guess I was always just lucky up until low to have dentists who made me feel valued and who were caring. No wonder so many are scared if dentists they arent all as amazing as the other three plazas ive been as my insurance plans evolved. These places don't take my insurance but I went to Dr Michael S Connor and Assiates from age 2 through age 24 and I credit them for my love of going to the dentist and for not getting my first cavity until age 27, after I started dealing with Gastroparesis, malnourishment and dry mouth from a ton of meds. They watched me grow up and were like family. After that I went to Havens Family Dental in Blacklick due to a change in insurance. I went there until I was I believe 29 and switched insurance again. The dentist here treats you like a best friend he's known all his life, even the first time he meets you and said he became a dentist because he had really had dentists growing up who made him terrified of going, telling you some of the horror stories he and his brother went through and said he went into dentistry to proove they aren't all bad. The team is very general, makes sure you are comfortable and I have no fear of dentists but feel like if you do they would be a good place to go. Lastly, I went to Main Street Dental in New Albany. I only went twice as they quit contracting with my insurance but they were all really nice, and friendly people. It is a really long weight but the facility is pretty posh and high tech so I didn't mind as they have painted walls and artwork to look at. All three had a coffee and water bar and all three I had no problem getting into with my wheelchair. I just transfer into the dental chair and let the hygienists move my chair where ever they need to rather it be near the end if the chair, in an empty room or in the hall, then they bring it back when they are done but no real issue getting around and if you use transportation services all of them are nice and pre covid at least will let you sit in the waiting room until your ride comes which if you use transportation service you know your ride could be there in 15 minutes or it could be there in 5 hours. A lot of times I've waited 2 hours and the people at the desks just talk to me. So if you're insurance allows I was happy with all three.
