New Patients BEWARE!!! i went in for a cleaning with my teenage daughter, and they didn't do there due diligence in checking my insurance history and ended up charging me for services that were not needed. i was sitting in the waiting room the whole time if they needed further information that is not on the intake form i was right there. The office manager was rude and unwilling to credit the unnecessary charges. BAD business practices.
* As you said all this on the phone, when i asked if you had checked the history with our insurance? you turned the question back to me, and said i should have brought her previous records with me, i asked why did someone not communicate extra costs or ask questions about her last dentist visit?, as i was in the waiting room. you turned it on me and said i should have told the person she had seen a dentist when i made the appointment. i had also filled out your intake form on arrival, that she had seen a dentist 12mth ago. Your office clearly did not take the time to communicate, review the insur. history or intake form and ended up charging me for an unnecessary service. when i called you were defensive, rude and unwilling to refund the unnecessary xrays and as a result have lost 4 new patients.... BRAVO!

I was a walk in patient wanting service immediately for a cracked tooth and root canal that was giving me a lot of pain. They fit me in the schedule the same day. They were kind, and professional. They completely explained the process and answered all of my questions. I experienced little to no pain through the whole process. The doctor was wonderful and the staff was wonderful as well. I would definitely recommend their services to any and everyone that I know.

It can be a little annoying waiting for the doctor, but I understand because it is a small practice. The staff is polite a d very professional. I have had 8 fillings and a root canal done here with no issues

The dentist and the staff are good, but the billing is terrible. Every time I went there I was told I had a new balance. I paid it every time, but I knew something was fishy. It never mattered how much I paid, I was always billed for more. I decided to stop going to that dentist and asked how much to be completely paid up. They said ~$325 (which was outrageous), but I paid it. That was over a year ago. Every month since then, like clockwork, they send me a bill for $115, and every time, I call them about their error. They claim it is not an error, but can't explain how I am getting billed for things after I was paid up and stopped going there. After a while, they stopped returning my calls and just send the bill, anyway. The most recent bill threatened legal action so I ended up paying it even though I disputed the charge for over a year. Now this one is resolved and they successfully cheated me, I look forward to the next bill they send me for another procedure that occured after I stopped going there (sarcasm). In summary, the dentist and staff will take care of you, but they will bill you for anything and everything they can get away with so pay attention to your bill, not that it did any good in my case.

The staff is very rude an ghetto. I been going there for a year, and they always got a new doctor. I had a crown put on paid $400.00 out of pocket after my insurance and my gums are swollen an bleeding daily. I went to another doctor an they said that they didn't clean my mouth out good so food is still getting in there an is causing it to be irritated. It's very unprofessional to ask for payment before a service is render. Long story short I disputed it on my credit card because they refuse to fix the problem. They told me it's no way they didn't clean the area before putting the crown on..

My husband & I have been going here for years,but the office turnover is a lil much! We love the Denist! But 2.5 months ago,I had to have the rest of my teeth pulled! Anyways,I've been wtg and leaving messages,no return calls! Only to find our my insurance paper work hasn't been taken care of & front staff,has quit??,?? I'm sorry! I dont care!! I need dentures!

I thought the staff are so friendly and took time to stop and check on me . I saw a few people walk in and the staff know them all by first name sumthing not easy to do when everyone is making a mask. They tryes very hard to get my insurance on the phone . And they take almost all insurance..
