The staff are consistently and phenomenally kind and professional. I would choose Spring Dental over any other pediatric dentistry in town. I have 3 children, 25, 20, and 12, so we've had experience with another pediatric dentist and after taking them to Spring Dental I would never go anywhere else.

Honestly the worst dental place ever i wouldnt even give it one star. I moved here a year ago and have tried to get my kids seen here and in this year they have called me three times to reschedule because of no dentist or because they have meetings and its not even like i can get an appointment fast i have to wait 3 to 4 months before wll my kids can be seen. I honestly dont know how they even have this place open.

Every person that worked with me was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
I'm 61 years old, and had never been to a dentist before. They all treated me very well and respectfully, from the time I checked in until I checked out.
So far, I am very empressed by my experience, and I expect that first empression will remain the same.
So empressed that I recommended them to a close friend on my way home.

If I could give it anything less I would, staff is nice but the Dr that happened to be working the day I was there was rude, and disrespectful, he did not make me feel comfortable, I was already nervous from having to go to the dentist my anxiety was high when I got in there and his response to soemthing I said was “well since I was the age I am and have been to the dentist before I should know the process”. All I said was I didn’t want X-rays if I didn’t need them. All he had to say was you need them. He was so rude I was shaking I just walked out I couldn’t let any of them work on my mouth. We cancelled all appts and will def go somewhere else. You are a dentist not an MD your kindness matters.

Tristan (our dental assistant) was just AMAZING! Our 5 and 6 year haven't been to the dentist since we moved to Bartlesville and since covid so our kids were very nervous to go back to the dentist and start seeing a new dentist and Tristan made all four of us my two daughters, myself, and most importantly my wife because she was very nervous for the kid's teeth since it's been a while. Doctor was equally amazing as well as the staff. And they have the coolest system for kids after they are good and get a prize. They get a token and get to put the token in the vending machine and a little toy comes out. They have cartoons playing on the ceiling and a TV on the ceiling in every room. I mean I recommend this place to EVERYONE!
