My daughter went in for a routine check-up 6 mos. ago. She was having tooth sensitivity, she grinds her teeth at night. We were told they would send off for her a mouth guard to wear at night. I called for updates about 8-10 times throughout the last 6 mos. and kept getting excuses, the office manager out, I’ll have someone call you back, I’ll make sure it gets sent for approval, we haven’t heard back from ins yet. Fast forward to today. My daughter goes in for her cleaning and now she has 2 possible fractures on her teeth from grinding at night. They are ordering crowns. Staff even said she may have to have one removed if it’s too deep, she’s 16!!!! She’s never even had a cavity!!! I feel as though this all could have been prevented if they would have ordered the dang mouth guard like they should have 6 mos. ago!! They are resending the request for a mouth guard but in the meantime we were told today that you can purchase one over the counter at Walmart!! Why weren’t we told this before!! I am so upset, my daughter cried all the way home upset that she may have to loose a tooth at 16! I don’t know what happened with this place?? We have been their clients for years and within this last year it has really went downhill!

Good speedy efficient cleaning and check up for my six year old granddaughter. Stacy was kind but stern in what needed to be done. I appreciated no playing games but very nice in how she handled my granddaughter.
Dentist also was very good with her !!!

Appointment was at 1pm I was there by 12:55pm didn’t get called back for my daughter till after 2:30 after I had to ask why she has not been called back but literally everyone else who has came in has went back and already left and was told “I don’t know” other than that service was great and fast once we finally got seen

Hands down best dental service My husband and I have ever received. My husband said it was a night and day difference from other dentist. Last time he went to a dentist, he was in pain after he left for at least a week. With this place, his pain lasted only a day or two and that’s pretty good considering he had to get four teeth pulled. When I went in, the dentist was able to save my tooth and updated me every step of the way while he worked on it. It was very nice knowing what was going on and that I wasn’t left in the dark wondering what they were doing to my mouth. The day before I went in, the pain from my tooth was so bad, I was nearly in tears. I called them the next day and they understood and was able to get me in within an hour and a half. They were very quick and checked in on me regularly. Haven’t had tooth pain since! Would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. You will not be disappointed! :)

My hygienist is more concerned about my daily 2 cups a day of tea staining my teeth than searching for plaque in my back teeth. She spent no time cleaning my back teeth at all. Then she tried to schedule me for a return visit in 3 months because of my tea stains that took her 10 minutes to scrape off. I’m concerned about plaque on my teeth causing gum issues. All my teeth. I’m going to find a new dental office. Hopefully this office will transfer the x-rays they took today. She didn’t put the protective vest on me today when she took those x-rays either. I guess she doesn’t care about my health at all.

My husband got in almost immediately and in just 2 days will be getting his teeth worked on.. The staff is really nice there.. They also work well with people who are kinda ( AFRAID) of dental work.. so glad we found out about this place..
