Update: My last visit was much better. The office manager contacted me and I had no problems this visit. The computer showed I owed 89 but they believed me and didn't charge me anything until they bill the insurance
I've been here 3 times for my 6 month cleanings. Each time I've gone they try to collect about $90 upfront. My copay for cleanings is $5. I explained that and the first time they did some research and found out I was right before I would go back to see the dentist. The second time they wouldn't or couldn't look it up and they agreed to bill insurance and see what they paid before collecting from me. I was right again. I didn't receive a bill. The last time (by this time they should be familiar with my insurance) they insisted the insurance wouldn't pay. They tried very hard to collect at the front desk. I declined. They said they would bill me but I was used to the drill and knew my insurance would pay. They called me about a week later insisting I owed them $94. I called my insurance. They said the claim was still pending and would be paid. I called them back. They called me again the next week same story. I called my insurance again and only after my insurance called them did they lay off. The service was fine but the headache of the billing isn't worth it. I'll go somewhere else from now on.

They are incredibly nice, they do a wonderful job, and they are so kind to understand and work with my financial situation. My dentist is always really nice and usually so are the girls that are there. (My most recent visit, they were all wonderful!) He definitely makes me feel like he cares about my teeth as well as my comfort (makes sure I'm. It in pain or when he works on my teeth he wants to make sure it feels right when he's finished).

I was super nervous about going to the dentist. The staff made me feel so comfortable though and helped calm me of my nerves. I said I’d just go once but this is now my main dentist. I will continue to see them since they did such a wonderful job! I recommend coming here to anyone who has anxiety or stress about dentists. They will take care of you.

Back in 2007, the staff and dentists were very friendly and made me feel comfortable! I knew it was my fault I allowed my teeth to go and not take care of them like I should, they didn’t beat me up about it, I left there with confidence and a new smile! Now fast forward to now, again my teeth are in horrible shape and this time, I did not feel at ease! The assistant was trying to diagnose me instead of the actual dentist! I could see the sickening look on the dentist’s face which disappointed me and made me feel horrible! It was too much trouble to switch dentists due to my insurance, so I hope they read this and get it together, I’d be happy to give an updated review more positive, crossing my fingers!

This entire office rocks! When you first walk in you are greeted by Melanie who is fantastic at working with my personal schedule. Dr. Brewer and Leona are excellent at keeping me comfortable during my procedure. Mary was super sweet and gentle during my cleaning

Dr Christina was God send the other day, She took EXTREMELY good care of me and the whole staff are just so sweet and caring. They do they're best to make you fell the most comfortable you can be. From the staff to the Dr the really go above and beyond for they're patient's I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Dr Christina and her whole staff. Generally I'm terrified of going to the dentist but the staff here is amazing and dr christina is by far the best dentist I have ever HAD!!!

WOW, what an awesome experience!!! The staff at gentle dental on air depot in Midwest City are AMAZING!!! They made sure that I was not only taken care of but that I completely understood all procedures. They treated me like a person and was absolutely non judgmental. This clinic overcharges you the patient just in case your insurance doesn't pay everything!
I was told in January 2018, I had a $140 credit, I handed the receptionist my debit card (the same one they demanded copay and charged) and I was told it had to be reviewed by Corporate and it could take up to 30 days! What??? So, I left the office - called 2 weeks and 4 weeks later... same story was given to me, Corporate is reviewing and it should only be another week or so... she said she would call me.
So, I waited 2 weeks and visited the office (instead of calling) and same same... I asked to see the Practice Manager... she, of course, was not available - but they would have her call me.
No call that day, I called for her the next 2 days and she has not returned my call YET.
I went to the office AGAIN this past Tuesday (March 20) asked kindly for my refund... still not available and the Practice Manager is on vacation... So now I must wait until she returns!
I NEED TO KNOW THE CORPORATE TELEPHONE NUMBER SO I CAN GET MY $140 RETURNED TO ME!!!
