If I could rate this dentist office a "0", I would!! 1) Let's just start at 2010: I, along with my insurance, paid several thousands of dollars to replace my silver fillings with porcelain. The dentist who did the work, replaced my silver fillings with a cheap composite, that appears as a filling in all of my x-rays; it is hard for dentists to decipher if it is composite or a filling. 2) I made my daughter an appointment to be seen, and the day of her appointment, she was informed that she would have to pay a lot of money (up front). I advised them, I spoke with her insurance, and that she shouldn't be out of any money (out of pocket). My daughter cancelled, and rescheduled to give the office an opportunity to get it straightened out. No one ever called back to verify if they confirmed with her insurance, that there is no out of pocket. I made an appointment, for her, with Diamond Dental. She got right in, they confirmed her insurance required no out of pocket expense, the same day, and notified her before her appointment. 3) Because the dentist screwed up my dental work (in 2010), I continued to got there for fear that a new dentist may mistake all of my bad composite fillings as cavities. I went, on Dec 28, 2018, to get 2 fillings. Since the day that I left, one of the teeth that I had filled has been bothering me, and gradually got worse. I called on 02/25/18, to make an appt. to see the dentist. My appt. was made for 02/04/19. I was contacted by one of their (rude) office assistants, at 09:31 (the morning of my appt.). She called to advise me that I would need to pay $109, before being seen. My insurance didn't pay that amount, and the amount that was quoted was an estimate. Okay, understood, but I asked her why she waited to the day of my appt., to inform me of this, when I made the appt. almost 2 weeks ago. Her response was, I made the appt. on 02/25, and she just called my insurance on 02/01, and found out that I owed a balance. So basically, I have to continue going in pain, due to the dentist's error, until I have the balance paid (that I wasn't informed about until the day of my appointment). These people are so unprofessional, used inferior products on my teeth, and probably billed my insurance and charged me for what should've/could've been used. I will make an appt. with Diamond Dental, and transfer my records there. I can't deal with unprofessionalism, especially when I am paying my money!!!!

Update: 02/21/19
I attended my appointment, on 02/04/19, and was greeted by a very (friendly) Office Manager, and professional staff. Bad news: "the dentist informed me, that the (small) filling that he repaired on 12/28/18 was now a damaged/dead nerve. He drilled too far, when he was adding the filling, on the 28 Dec. His explanation: "He likes to always try to save the patient some money, by starting with the filling, then suggesting a root canal." That makes perfect sense, accept "no one" ever told me this at any of my visits, so that I could make a decision as to whether I wanted a filling for over $200, or a root canal that would have cost me, a little under $300, verses over $800, which is now the cost. I canceled my dental insurance, in Dec 2018, because I am changing employers/insurance, which won't take affect until a few months. So, now I have no insurance, a soar/swollen mouth, with excruciating pain (an 8 on a scale of 1-10 labor pains)!! I will have to pay out of pocket, to get this pain resolved, or wait for a few months. My complaint: 1) The dental office should've called and verified with my insurance (my full benefits), since they didn't I was not informed that I had a waiting period, before I could utilize my full benefits, 2) I wish that I was informed, that I had an option of a filling/root canal, so that I could've utilized my dental insurance, before I canceled it, and it would've covered it, instead of wasting money on a filling, that caused my nerve to die. :( One soar and unhappy patient, after a decade of visiting this dentist. I, now, have no choice but to change dentists.

I was apprehensive to see this dentist because for 30 years of my life I've only ever seen one amazing dentist. I sat down in the chair and the "tech" never once introduced herself to me. She just told me she was going to get xrays. Then once those were over a man stepped into the open space that was a sad excuse for a dental room. This man started looking into my mouth and proceeded to tell me I had good teeth but he could tell I've had braces and I needed to get the aesthetic part of my teeth fixed and he could quickly lazer my gums so they would look better. Now, I've had the same gums for my entire life and not once had anyone suggest this. He then told me he needed to fix a few spots where I've had cavities before so he wanted to drill that out and refill it. Then he walked out. Not once did he introduce himself. I had no clue if he was the dentist or the hygenist. Then a hygienist came in and cleaned my teeth. I came back 3 days later and he came right in, without discussing ANYTHING with me, and started sticking needles into my mouth sockets. He then decided not to numb a side and thought it would be a good idea to drill. He literally scared me and has scarred me. My gums, weeks later, still hurt. I cant eat like I could before because I FEEL EVERYTHING like he left the drilled spots open and it feels like the nerves are exposed. I would rather spends thousands of dollars and fly home to have my original dentist FIX his ruins than have him touch my teeth again. This office was dirty, smelled, and no one was friendly. My husband and I will NOT return to this practice, if you can call it a practice. I was treated like I walked into a free clinic and I needed his help direly. Worst experience of my entire life. Worst.

Terrible! I scheduled an appt. For 1:30pm. No one was at the front desk. Me and my wife sat their for 10 minutes and nobody came out. I just walked to the back and apparently they were in a meeting at the same time of our appointment. I work nights so my time is valuable. Very unprofessional

Old management was kind and courteous and we agreed on an amount. Went back to finish work with new management and recieved a huge bill and they refused to acknowledge previous agreement. All the new people are rude and just want money. The Dr. Was great but management is garbage.
