Every appointment that I made was rescheduled at least once. One appointment was rescheduled 5 different times. Their employees don’t want to show up to work.

Never on time for their appointments. The service once seen is good. 2 1/2 hours just for a cleaning. If you want punctuality, go somewhere else.

Made an appointment for my gf at 10am.... it is 11:44am still haven't been back. The customer service isn't the best. My gf is in pain they told us yesterday she needed to see a surgeon as soon as possible but we get here today and still over an hour and a half after our scheduled appointment this is ridiculous
