The Dr himself was amazing. The dentist was very sweet. The only reason why I am giving him three stars is because of the woman that deals with the treatment plan. Would not give my wife a prescription for antibiotics or pain killers until after she paid for a future appt. Basically, let my wife drive home in pain with an infection with my two small children. Ended up taking her to the emergency room and the doctor asked her why the dentist wouldn't give her antibiotics before her appt next week? We couldn't give an answer. Good dentists don't let their patients go home in pain with an infection. They're definitely in it for the money not to help people. Makes me sick. Also charged my insurance three days in advance, even though she hasn't been seen for the root canal. I'm gonna dispute that for sure. Took her to a new dentist in duncan, dr. Nelson who actually cares about his patients instead of this joke of a staff. If youre in pain don't come here! Go to vet, instead.

I've been going to Dr. Isaacson for over a year now and have nothing but positive things to say. While no one goes to the dentist for the fun of it, Dr. Issacson's office really puts forth an effort to make you as comfortable as possible. His employees are all skilled, professional, and easy to work with. Additionally, Dr. Isaacon's prices are reasonable and, unlike other dentists I've encountered, I don't feel like I'm constantly being sold unnecessary procedures. I'd absolutely recommend Dr. Issacson to anyone.

Went to the office in 10/ 12 for cleaning & x-ray showed a minor cavity so I decided to it filled. A month after the filling, my tooth was still very sensitive to cold & hot substances so i went back to get it checked. Dr. Isaacson gave me a small sensodyn toothpaste to try even though i mentioned to them i was already using that toothpaste. Waited again for about 3 weeks & the sensitivity even got worse. So i again called the office & stated my problem. This time Dr Isaacson agrees to redo the filling with a different material that is better than what he used before. I waited about 2 to 3 weeks as he suggested & went back to the office but this time i was in so much pain it was unbearable. Half of my face where the filling was done was hurting as well as the back of my tongue. This visit (2/21/13) was for a regular cleaning and to ask about the filling. Due to the extend of my pain the cleaning was not done so i went home. The hygienist told me based on the symptoms she think the tooth is infected & will need a root canal which will cost me $750+ after the insurance. I just had a newborn & i do not have that kind of money. On 2/25/13 i went back to the office to talk to Dr. Isaacson about this pain & also if the tooth is truly infected since the pain was worsening. I was told he would not talk to me or even see me & that if i do not leave the office they will call the police. I requested an appointment to come back and see him which they initially granted my request and and said they will check the schedule. The girl came back and said they will not see me at all. They he was busy so i said i will wait and sat there quietly waiting for him to finish so i can inquire about my situation. After 30 minutes of waiting the police showed up and said since its a private facility i must leave the building. So much for patient doctor relationship. I came home still in the worst pain of my life. SO PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE BECAUSE THESE GUYS DO NOT CARE.

So pleased with my results for Joe Isaacson Dental! The team goes above and beyond the norm. I was shocked at how comfortable they made me. They were timely, polite, informative and positive. Dr. Joe answered all my questions and was beyond helpful!

I used to hate the thought of even going to the dentist, but the folks at Joe Isaacson Dental changed that. It's easy, affordable and nothing to be scared of with them. If you need a great dentist, you can't find better. If you dread going, don't. They made me proud of my smile again, without all the pain I was worried about.

I left without getting a note for my daughter's school and they emailed it to me immediately. That was awesome!

Hello, I needed a crown put back in my mouth that was done by a different dentist and it fell out..I called Joe isaacson dental to fix and repair my tooth. I have had the best experience ever from start to finish with Joe isaacson. They were kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. I am terrified of dentists but dr. Joe and team truly go out of their way to make it as comfortable of an experience as possible. Hands down best trips to the dentist office I have ever had. Highly recommend this office

Dr. Isaacson is a great dentist! He smart, spends lots of time with his patients, and does amazing work! His office staff is super friendly too. I highly recommend him!

I love Dr. Isaacson and his staff! They are always friendly and helpful. They take such good care of me, and never make me feel bad that I am not good at flossing every day.
