I'm still in shock. How this place ever got 4 or 5 stars is beyond me. Two stars are for nice facilities that were clean & the ppl were nice. Wanted to get established as a new patient & get my teeth cleaned. Appt was for 2:00. Arrived at 1:30 because I have an extensive medical history. Nobody at desk. Sign said take a seat & wait. They were having a patient care meeting in back. So much for arriving early. Receptionist came out about 1:50. Got to room about 2:15 (because of my history). Was told by hygenist first appointment would take 2 hours. Was NOT told that ahead of time. They LITERALLY took pictures for about an hour. Can't wait to get that bill. I'll do a follow-up review after get it. (Supposedly to establish a baseline. I had asked when I made appointment if they needed my old records & was told not to worry about it.) After pictures, she was gone about 20 minutes consulting with Dr. She said she wanted to go over everything. I said can u do it quickly because it was already 3:30 & I live in Weatherford & the weather had the potential to be bad out west that night & wanted to get home before then. She starts explaining that I needed multiple crowns to replace all my old fillings. (While that's true, my previous dentist that retired--and, no, she wasn't old, she was in her early 40's & wanted to spend more time with kids--said we probably needed to systematically start replacing them, but she didn't act like there was any rush to do it.) I said let's just clean my teeth & we'll see about the other stuff later. She then informs me, it's too late to clean my teeth because she didn't want to rush it and I needed to make another appointment to clean my teeth & make a plan for the other stuff. Oh, I made another plan alright. I'm making a plan for ANOTHER new dentist. What a ridiculous mess!! I wish I'd have read the one star (I think) review from the woman who used to work in a dental office & was married to a dentist BEFORE I went. Would have saved me from this nightmare of a place!

I travel over several states for work and had gone to get a filling fixed by a dentist in Dallas since thats where I live. That was not a good experience to say the least. I had gone to Dr. Joe when I was in college so I was gonna be making my way back through Okc so I called to see if they could fit me in?? They got me on the books which was a relief since I had been dealing with this space that kept trapping food that irritated my gums that had become a daily irritant as i had to have floss on me all the time to get it out. I finally made my way to Okc from AR and went to my appt. Once there I didn't have a long wait. They got me back to see what was going on. Turns out my tooth was cracked!!! I was not happy about this as I felt that it was the same as it was the day I left the dentist office in Dallas. They took one X-ray and then Dr. Joe came in. His chairside manners were spot on and much appreciated as he told me he could redo the filling which was more of a band aid approach or my other option was to get a porcelain crown. Since I didn't want to have to deal with this later I went ahead and chose the crown option. He numbed me up, did what he needed to do and it seemed to take no time at all. He was effective, confident, and most of all careful as he was prepping my tooth for my temporary tooth they made for me. Now since I have had a crown before I expected some fake metal temp tooth to hold the space until my crown was ready. They used this really innovative material that hardened inside the impression they took so it felt real!! I have been dealing with the discomfort for a long time and its a bit silly since I wish I would've done this a long time ago. He did let me know that the filling was really close to my nerve so that I needed to pay attention so that if I started having sensitivity that I would need to contact them immediately. I was very impressed that he didn't try to "up sell" me or talk me into something I didn't need. They looked up my insurance info and gave me the balance due which was very reasonable having some knowledge of what I had paid in the past. They called me to let me know that when I can make it back to town they will get me in to put in my new crown. From now on I will be making the short drive from Dallas to Okc to have all my dental work done by Dr. Joe and his staff. Oh yea and Lindsay was his asst that helped me and she was fantastic!!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Joe Isaacson and his staff for all your dental needs since you do have a choice!!! Thanks Dr. Joe!!!

Dr Joe Isaacson is amazing and his staff is so nice. Great experience!

Dr. Isaacson has a way of making me feel at ease, at least as much as is humanly possible, when having procedures such as root canals and crowns. This reality combined with his excellent skill makes me a loyal and returning customer.

The staff is always friendly and talkative, they make you feel as comfortable as possible. The office is always clean and very nice. I’ve been with Dr Isaacson for almost 5 years now.

Dr. Joe could be named "Dr. Painless" in my opinion. I have very thick jaw bones that don't numb up real well. Dr. Joe works with me to make sure that I get numb before he works. I am no longer a white-knuckle patient.

My wife used this dentist and had to pay $3,718.00 in advance for 3 fillings and a root canal (that still gives her pain today) even though we have BCBS dental insurance.

When she complained, She was cursed out and told to leave.

Since they had not done the last two fillings yet and BCBS had paid for the work that was done we asked for a refund for the work that was not done. They credited our credit card accounts but held back $80.00 which is still due us. I am very disappointed with this dentist.

Average crowns and 2 root canals, everyone is kind and I fee much better!

My hygienist Rebecca is always so sweet and caring the office is always clean and the front desk lady’s as sweet as she can be. Dr issacson is a great dentist and really cares for his patients I love going to the dentist now and I’m so happy I found them

Great Dentist!! His staff is friendy and professional. I had a cracked tooth and he put in a crown. I was looking for a Dentist that was both professional and informative. I found what I was looking for. I'm glad I switched!!
