Wonderful experience with both my appointments with Kelsey. Please keep in mind that these are STUDENTS working on practical hours. The dental clinic may take some time to get into, but helping these students is crucial to their educational experience. Will definitely be back.

I don't recommended them. #1 They are extremely slow. I mean months and months slow #2 They run up the price on you. They wanted to remove two healthy teeth, and they wanted me to go to pathology for a spot that was caused by mints. I told them just forget it. What a waste of my time and money.

I have been going for almost 5 years as I wanted my dentures. I STILL DON'T HAVE THE DENTURES!!! My husband also went was terminated by Erica she stated he didn't follow his treatment plan (all of this was the start of COVID-19) he was having a procedure in another clinic of yours. I was supposed to have an appointment that had been made months out and missed it got threatened with be kicked out of the program just like my husband saying they called and reminded me (which they didn't) when I hung up I was stressed out as I also have 5 drug effected grandchildren I care for and at 63 it's not easy then the phone rings and an apology from the student who was to have called me that he forgot!!!
Yet nobody would listen!!! Well actually this has been a God send found a real dentist (local) finish all work and final dentures in place in less than a month!!!!

My experience with the orthodontist team and the graduate students working on my teeth have been great. No complaints. Great building and easy access to free parking. Appointments are easy to set with staff.
The oral surgery was great too. Got me in quickly and out. Felt sick for a day but back to normal afterwards.

Went thru the program a whole year and half, only to be dismissed because we pressed the automated to cxl an appointment, was told he was pending being dismissed because he also missed an appointment during Covid as well, and that a cancellation was just that a cancellation. Cheryl is a not a understanding manager and our student dentist basically didn't do a thing but cleanings a whole year. We originally came for Ortho but had to wait almost a year to see them as well. This whole situation has me heated especially since I worked for OU for years and business was never ran like this at all. Since the merger OU has went to HELL in a handbag.
