I have had a great experience since I started my journey at the Dental School.

I had two crowns several fillings and a tooth pulled. The young man didn’t properly numb me before pulling the tooth and I was treated as if I was unreasonable- the teacher came and numbed me and I was fine.
My two crowns were installed incorrectly and are now having to be replaced (they don’t guarantee crowns). My fillings were poor and messed my bite up. I’ve had to have almost all the work redone in just a few short years and this is after sitting in that chair for an ungodly amount of time and being put through way more pain than necessary. Regretting my decision to go to OU dentistry because it cost me way more in the long run. I also won’t ever go to dental offices that hired the girl and gentleman that worked on me but I won’t name them in this review.

My husband is getting top quality care at a greatly reduced price. We know we have to allow much longer for each appointment compared to a commercial business, because these are training sessions. That's a worthwhile trade-off.

I am disappointed and disgusted on how they treated me and there is not enough room on this to copy and paste what I had wrote to my friends about it! Unwilling to listen to my personal needs. Staff gossiping about patients! I will not go back or recommend them to anyone! I'd rather save up my money and go to a dentist who actually will listen to me and not make me continue to suffer ( I had the money and they refused too do what I asked) I am in pain and all they did was a simulated ice test to prove it and STILL refused to let ME determine what I was doing with my own teeth. When I was done there the Dr said to go get my teeth fixed and gave me a number and said it will be a process and I said OH thanks I've been in pain and now I'll have to wait longer for something I DONT Want!

Their standard practice is to allow staff to park at the building or very near in front of it. However patients must hunt and search like they're in a land run for the last parking option in a sea of chaos and have to take a shuttle bus it's about an eighth of a mile away. And I don't patronize businesses who staff parking closer than their customers. So they didn't inform me of parking arrangements or instructions of any kind regarding parking when I made my appointment over the telephone two weeks ago.

The student dentists and even the professors here are extremely nice. I loved all of them. I'm giving it two stars because unless you can pay for everything up front, don't bother. They only accept cash, check or credit card. They don't even accept Care Credit. I've been working to get dentures paid for, they want 3500 for them...not terrible but i'm really not saving that much. (I think it was 3800 or 3900 with a dentist office.) I don't have the best credit so loans are out of the question right now, especially since we are trying to buy a house. So at this point I have spent 10 hours at the clinic and paid nearly $500 and may end up going to a full dentist office anyway. It's a great thing for the students and I don't mind paying with my time but they have to figure out a better way to work with their patients. Especially for those of us that still have a high bill.

I had a great experience the students that did my extractions did better than some professionals I have seen took longer but in the end I feel less pain because of it Olga and the other young lady have a big bright future in the dental field will definitely be coming back

If i was able to give them zero i would. I have had nothing but problems with them since working with them to get some extractions completed. Literally use anyone else.
