Excellent dentistry. A lot of dentist try to scam you for work you don’t need. They don’t do that here. They will try to find cost efficient ways to help you. Plus they have payment plans. I even take my kids here. I love them! Highly recommend them!

I love this office. The staff makes sure you’re comfortable and all your dental needs are meet. Definitely won’t change dentist anytime soon!

I would like to thank Nicole for such a great experience with having a crown out in. She went above and beyond anything I had anticipated. She took care of me and my tooth as if it were her own. I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you Nicole! You rock!

Needed to have an emergency tooth extraction and they were able to get me in the same day i called. The staff was very kind and attentive and took care of me quickly. The dentist was very good at making the procedure as painless as he could. I was very impressed with how they handled everything.

Awesome doctors and staff. Really nice and friendly. Update: I cancelled my appointment because of the weather. The soonest they could get me back in is 2 1/2 months away! Really disappointed with that even though they would put me on the cancellation list. Still disappointed.

I love the Dental Depot! My family have been going to the South Memorial location for a number of years. From our first visit, they made us feel welcome with free tee-shirts. The office staff, dental hygienist, and dentist are always pleasant and great to work with. When I had to have a crown they checked on my insurance and offered help with different payment options. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a family dentist.

Worst dental Experience my wife has ever experienced. Went on Thursday for a tooth extraction, Saturday removed a shard of tooth from wound. Sunday, intense pain, huge lump in gums.. rescheduled an appointment for today (04/28/2021) dentist told my wife likely draw socket, and bone. Now my wife did dental for 2 years, so she insisted on having an additional X-ray of the area. You’ll never believe this... half of her tooth still under the gums. So under the knife she goes again, get the remaining of the tooth out. Dentist advises she goes directly to the pharmacy to pick up her pain medication and antibiotics. Now waiting two hours at the pharmacy and they still haven’t called in the prescription. She’s in excruciating pain and they are all at lunch. Not even worth a 1 star review.

How would I describe my visit? Extremely satisfied!!! I was in a lot of pain and being new to the area, and not having insurance, I didn't know where to go. My roommate suggested that I visit the Dental Depot on Memorial. I called to see if I could get in and they were very accommodating and could see me the very next morning. I loved the staff immediately. They were so nice and sympathetic to my needs. The x-ray procedure has come a long way since I've been to a clinic. Easy peasy!!!! The dentist, Melissa Jackson was very concern and helpful. She made me feel like a person and not just a number. She was very through and took the time to take the pain away. I am a wimp when it comes to my mouth and I always ask for gas to help with my nerves. The had no problem giving me what I needed to calm me down! I even got a blanket which was a nice touch to help me relax. I would definitely recommend this dentist, office and staff to anyone who is a wimp like me. You won't be disappointed!

Coolest dentist I’ve ever met, funny too, treats staff very well, trains are cool and they have one that goes around the whole place, the radio plays country/pop which is definitely a solid choice, overall the staff are wonderful.
