Dental Depot

Not a place for kids sadly. We used to love coming to see dr naik as he is wonderful with little kids, they love him and think he hangs the moon, but the nurse who does the numbing has deterred us from ever coming back. She is not kid friendly and is far from a calm natured person. I wouldnt even want her to touch my mouth. Sad to no longer call dr naik our dentist because of it but so long as she is there we will not be back. They also have a new front office staff every time you go in and the former hygienists are no longer there that actually had compassion.

This place is a scam. Go in for the first time and they tell me to go back to my old dentist ??? What does this mean ? And they act like a middle man to just charge your insurance. Everything is specialist with them.

Excellent services, my teeth were clean perfectly.
Everyone was really nice. I do think financial information should be confidential and discussed with the patient in a private setting!
I was feeling embarrassed at being told what Sooner Care didn’t cover in the open space.

From the front desk to the back desk, the experience was relaxing and professional. I was going in for the first impression of my dentures. I was offered a beverage. Nothing fancy but still appreciated. It wasn't long and the dentist came in. She was quick and efficient but friendly. She had a good since of humor. She tried to be as gentle as possible. The trains were a nice distraction as well.

Randomly cancelled my appointment that I had already received reminder calls and texts about. Got it rescheduled and then it took 35 minutes to get a routine cleaning. Staff and front desk always change, never consistent. Tools they used while doing my cleaning didn't work so sat with toothpaste polish in my mouth for 5 minutes before moving rooms to get my mouth rinsed off. Even the people they had "covering" didn't get much direction.... Looking to seriously switch. Only reason i keep going is the location is close to home.

It is always a pleasure to visit Dental Depot. It is so unlike other dental clinics where there is a lot more emphasis on finding things wrong with your teeth so they can squeeze more money out of you. Dental Depot is the opposite of that. They are far more concerned with making your teeth better and far less with making more money out you. That is what I love about them.

My initial visit with Dr. Naik was wonderful. He is an excellent dentist. The back-office staff is also quite wonderful. The problem? Front office staff is a dismal failure. I was scheduled to have partials delivered. When I arrived, I was told it would be 3 additional weeks for partials and that I was MISTAKEN about the reason for the appointment. I produced the appointment card with date, time and reason for visit CLEARLY shown at the top. Their response? TOO BAD. We can't give you partials as promised but we still want the money for the visit. A woman sitting at the front window, introduced herself as the office manager and inserted herself into the conversation I was having with the dental tech. Clearly, she had NO CLUE about what was going on. She was rude, loud, gnorant and unprofessional. If THIS is the office manager, I can understand why things are chaotic and unreliable. I cancelled my payment with my credit card company as I did not receive promised services and have scheduled with another visit. I was an ER physician in OK for more than 15 years and would never tolerate this kind of incompetence and unprofessionalism. I also filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Oklahoma Dental Association. It's too bad the front office staff is so incompetent because Dr. Naik is an excellent dentist.

Dental depot called and told my husband his bridge was in. He came in the next day to get his dental procedure done and was told they didn't have the bridge? What?! He took off work and drove over there for no reason! This isn't the 1st time we have been disappointed with this place. We will be finding a different dentist for our family.

Whike having a dental emergency, they were able to get me in same day and within 2 hours of my call. They quick and efficient and Dr. Naik did an an awesome job removing one of my back molars. He talked to me through every step of the way and made me fee comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be back.

Soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and did a quick check in and a very small wait time. Went back and the plan we had set out just took off and they took very good care of me.
