They accidentally knocked my permanent retainer halfway off and then charged me to fix it. My filling isn't polished very well and I have to pick at it if I eat something with small seeds like a fig or strawberry. The dentist looks super nice, staff is friendly, policy and integrity is.. meh

I am not going to get into all the horrible details of my experience with Premier Care Dental.
I went there to see about getting dentures. I was assured by the dental staff this would go well. IT DID NOT!
I spent the next 2 years of my lift dealing with this dental office. After having all my teeth pulled, posts installed and dozens of appointments with their only denturist my dentures continue to not work properly.
I can only eat soft foods, cannot bite through ANYTHING with the front of my teeth or the backs pop loose. I keep a list on the fridge of foods I can eat it has 12 items on it.
Premier Care Dental will promise you that you will be so happy with your new teeth. It is a lie. They will say if you have any problem just let us know right away. I would call and say I had a sore spot in my mouth from the dentures. Their response was always our denturist is only in one day a week, so can you wait until next week. Every visit the denturist was in a rush.
I recently called a few denturists. When they asked where I had my dentures done, I would say Premier Care and they would snicker.
I know another person who had denture work done there who had the same experience I have.
If you need, or you are thinking about getting dentures, avoid Premier Care Dental. They are extremely expensive and not reliable at all. I have paid over $15,000 out of pocket. I am very limited with what I can chew it has affected my health in many ways.
Never trust anything the staff at Premier Care Dental say!

My appointment went well the doctor got an A+ for his shots they gave me and I had no pain throughout the appointment. What more can you ask for. See you at my cleaning appointment in December.

Joe is wonderful and very efficient. He works hard and very fast. My partials feel wonderful ! Monday 5/23 I had my teeth cleaned by Margie, I like her work a lot and absolutely no pain and she has a wonderful personality! Also I saw Dr. Peterson and he is very nice and had a good checkup!
