I love Premier Care Dental! I've been going there for 3+ years and love my dental hygienist Rachel along with my Dentist. I find they are very thorough with all aspects of my dental health. The plan I pay for includes two cleanings a year, a set of x-rays and more. This is very helpful for me. The environment is very nice as well. You won't be sorry if you go to Premier Care Dental.

The dental service is excellent. But in my last visit they never mentioned that this branch is not part of my new dental insurance network. They charged me $330 for just cleaning! Why would cleaning cost that much! And asked me to try and submit a claim with my insurance!!!! That’s really sneaky. They should let their patient know from the beginning that they are not covered before providing any services. 2 star are just because cleaning service was good that will cost me more than I can handle.

The Medford premier care dental team, is always very nice and kind. I have not met a person there I did not like. My dental work along with my family’s dental work, so far, has been great! No problems or issues that I can think of. They are empathetic to your pain and all seem to have ‘soft hands’. I have had dentists before who seemed to have very ‘heavy’ hands where you would leave will a bloody lip. I have never experienced this here. Everyone from the front of the house to the back of the house is great, professional, and kind.
