update: thankfully, Kim who "gets it" and cares and is a breath of fresh air. my husband was taken care of today along with having an upcoming follow up appt. Thank you Lord and thank you Kim...still seeking a different office though for the rest of us.
My family have been patients for many years. Yet even with a treatment plan done up and appointment made, once our insurance changed unexpectedly they treated us like a new patient, cancelled our appointment and threw us in the back of the line by scheduling almost 2 months out.
Money driven business and not whats best for the patients.
We did not choose for our insurance to change but the healthcare.gov website did it automatically as we were waiting on our 6 month waiting period. Asked the front desk gal to have Max contact me to explain the situation but never heard back...she was very snippy cut n dry no way your getting a sooner appt...work with people and hear them out! I couldnt even explain the situation it was an absolute no way unless your in excruciating pain.

Honestly wish I could give them no stars. Worst dentist I have ever been to. Made an appointment 3 times to have my teeth cleaned, still haven't gotten in. Not because of my own error either. Still haven't had my teeth cleaned. Wait time (even though all stalls are empty) is usually 45 minutes. Staff likes to just hang out and laugh during work hours, so that's fun. Never coming back her.

I had an appointment never got a call reminder (4months I waited) they would rather have $$$ patient then OHP
If u call and say u have an issue and cash in hand they will get ur right in but if u call and are OHP they r at least 3 - 4 months out and don’t care if ur in pain! Don’t waste ur time these people truly don’t care! And when I called they where very very rude!

They treated me great at first.... then I was just a chart number. Shame because Maxx has been my families dentist since he first opened in Central Oregon. My grandma would be so disappointed in how I was treated in this office.
I will not go into detail, but the question asked " would you recommend...." NO I do not. not if you treasure your teeth and don't want them removed from your face and left high and dry with a hole in your mouth. just sayin my personal opinion. Jackie C. there is AMAZING though. She is the only person in that office that was understanding.

I want to give a huge shout out to the Redmond dental group! Our hygienist was amazing courtney and Dr. Ho! They did a free root canal on my boyfriends tooth so he didn’t have to get it pulled. They are amazing at helping their patients and caring about their teeth over money!

Awful! Over charged my husband for the exact same procedures! Just cause we didn't come in on the same day! And said he had 4 cavities. Now we have a great dentist and my husband still doesn't have any cavities, especially not the four they wanted to drill at. Thought they were here to help people not just take their money. Watch out! If it's your first time here and they say you need tons of work get a second opinion.
