Minus the receptionists (who were lovely!) my visit a few weeks ago was horrible, starting from before my appt. when I called and asked if they accepted my insurance and they said yes (they do not, which cost me $125.) THREE times in 15 minutes several different people came back to the treatment room to ask me for my insurance card, which I handed them when I arrived and they supposedly copied (which exhibits the now clear lack of communication and ineptitude of the overall office.) The woman who handles insurance in the office regarded me as a pest when I told her post-appt. that I did not want the cosmetic procedure she was trying to sell me, sounding impatient and snotty when I declined it twice and told her I was in a rush and needed to leave since my cleaning was complete. The female dentist who saw me kept trying to push something in between my teeth to remove a stain, even though in my chart from my previous appt, it was noted that the stain was *under* the bonding. She continued to do so even after I mentioned this and that she was hurting me and I asked her to stop. Her filing of that area resulted in the bonding coming off after I left, when it was perfectly stable before, and now I have to pay near $1k to get it replaced. Save your money and go someplace that actually respects you as a person, and doesn't see you as simply a revolving mouth to get them income.

I would give more stars for a friendly and helpful experience, but I was unnerved to see that over half of the staff was either not wearing a mask or wearing it incorrectly, under their chin or below their nose. When I asked my sons hygienist to please cover her nose, she said sure and hiked it up about a quarter inch, still not covering her nose completely. If you are high risk or have high risk family members, I would avoid this environment until the Covid-19 virus has subsided.

Dr. McCleery, thanks for performing incredibly well at both educating and explaining, as well as sculpting my teeth and fillings.......and for also appreciating my "record-setting smallest wisdom tooth ever"!lol. Jackie, you knew the scheduling, the 'insurance jigsaw puzzle', as well as the technical information to help me understand what my options were and how to navigate through the entire process!

Overall....after having such a great experience at the Redmond Dental Group, I will no longer wait multiple years and reluctantly schedule a visit to the dentist! Although going to the dentist is not a naturally fun hobby for most people, I will gladly choose to have all of my future dentistry done with you guys! Thank you very much for restoring not only my teeth, but also my faith in professional Dentistry! Your Dental Group clearly knows how to run a successful company that places a very high premium on the positive experience of it's patients/customers!

Dr McCleery is one of the BEST dentists I have ever been to! Dentists scare me and he made me feel relaxed and comfortable with everything that was happening. Best part...I did not feel a thing! They even helped with an insurance problem that my other dentist office hadn't told me about! LOVE REDMOND DENTAL!

Two years ago we moved to Redmond and began going to Redmond Dental Group. They are wonderful. Everyone is kind and highly skilled. But I especially feel like they changed my life, and maybe saved it. T Following a dental cleaning, Jackie gave me a short questionnaire. It was a screening for sleep apnea. After my screening, Jackie recommended I do a sleep test. She set me up to do it at home for three nights. I was interested after I read about all the symptoms I’d experienced the previous ten years, including a mini-stroke, memory loss, lack of concentration, and irritability for just a few. I also couldn’t even drive to Salem without pulling over to sleep along the way. I’d seen my doctor about all these symptoms—more than once. They did blood tests and suggested more vitamins. Well, Jackie’s suspicion was correct. Turns out I have severe sleep apnea. I stopped breathing 32 times an hour each night. No wonder I felt so crummy! Jackie referred me to the St Charles Sleep Center. I now have been using my CPAP machine for a couple months. It has changed my life. I wake rested and refreshed!
I have energy! My mind is clear with concentration and memory. And I don’t have the risk of heart disease and stroke. I am so deeply grateful to Jackie. Her recommendation and support was very encouraging. I appreciate her getting me hooked up with the sleep center. Mostly I’m so grateful because I believe it may have saved my life. At the very least, the quality of my life is vastly improved.
Redmond Dental Group gives great dental care and also cares about the total health of their patients. I highly recommend them!

I'm a 57 year old patient, who's dental work to date has consisted of cleanings and a few cavities, until recently! Dr. Jade described (in great detail) the root canal/crown procedure -" knowledge is power". Due to O'Bamacare's affect on our insurance I elected for an extraction vs canal/crown. I went in yesterday for the extraction, and Dr. Max felt it wrong to remove the tooth and helped financially which made the procedure co-pay affordable! Thank you so much Redmond Dental Group, you guys are the best! I highly recommend them to anyone searching for decent, honest Dentists in Central Oregon (did I mention fun to be around!)! Love, love, love this place!! I cannot stress enough how excellent the staff and Mr. Higbee are!! His staff are very welcoming and had me laughing before I knew it which in turn led me to forget about why I was even there. His assistant totally rocks and my face hurt from laughing when I left!! Five stars across the board, all the way!!

Max and the staff have been treating my family and myself for years. Max is the very best and I’ve never had any pain. The hygienists are all so good and always sweet to my kiddos.

We've been going to Max for over 22 years. He's fixed dental work that's failed from past dentist before see him He's kept our chewing ability's in tip top shape. Max and his staff have treated us like FAMILY.

Best dental experience I’ve had yet. Super nice and informative and none of the condescension i’ve seen at other offices. I’m happy!
