I hated the dentist! I dreaded going.. rescheduled appointments and finally stopped going all together. I didn’t go for 6 years until I had a horrible tooth pain. I called aspen dental in Hazleton and the next day they got me in. The doctor there is amazing! He’s very upfront and honest with a refreshing personality. Everyone in the office is so nice and so helpful. They took care of my pain and set up a plan to take care of my dental issues. They really make you feel like you’re on the same team and want to make sure you’re comfortable the entire time you’re there. I truly do not mind going to the dentist anymore and I never miss an appointment. They’re are just absolutely wonderful in all aspects!

Booked an appointment on very short notice to repair my denture. I was tra deferred to this Aspen as they were the only one that could see me.

Aspen went beyond to find my appointment and when I arrived on a Friday afternoon I was treated very cordially and after a short time was seen. I was told what I would be charged and told how long it would take. My denture was ready before time and looked great.

Aspen, my second time with them, is a wonderful, friendly and very professional organization. I recommend them to all.

On a Saturday my denture cracked bad. On Monday, when the office was open, I called. The receptionist was incredibly understanding and kind and we decided coming in Tuesday morning would be best because first the specialist had to determine IF a repair was possible, then I'd have to leave it for 3 hours. After another nervous night (who want to buy a new denture?) I traveled up the interstate and my day became amazing! Beautifully repaired in just over 3 hours!
I really want the team at the Hazelton Aspen office to know that they were Rockstars in my world yesterday!

I had an appointment for a check-up at 11am. I showed up at 1045am, completed my documents and was not seen until 11:45am. The front-desk lady was very nice and friendly and seemed concerned for me once the wait extended until 1130am. I was annoyed with the hour long wait however, once they got me in the back they did move quickly. IT was probably because they knew I waited for so long. They seem like a good place but as it being my first time going there and having to wait for so long it put a bad taste in my mouth about being a patron moving forward. We will see.

This was my first time going to the Hazleton location. I will never be going back. The women that took my xrays and took me back for my visit was so cold and unwelcoming, she didn't talk to me at all except for her directions. I was there for almost 2 hours and saw an actual person for nit even 5 mins. The man for financials was very nice and explained everything but I just didn't feel comfortable in there at all. It felt like they booked way to many appointments and noone could give you the time of day. Hated it.

I've used them before and had excellent service. This time was horrible. Its was a different dentist. She had me in the chair for 2 hours and did absolutely nothing. 2 hours of pain. After 2 hours of trying to get me to pay thousands of dollars for work when I needed a tooth pulled. After hearing that I had no money, only enough for an extraction she never came back. 2 hours to have a guy tell me that she cant pull the tooth. That I need an oral surgeon to pull it. She could have told me that in 10 minutes. Completely unprofessional. Then tell me that the surgeon wont be there for 3 weeks!! Who can wait in pain for 3 weeks? Then asks for the money for the surgeon up front!! Hell no. Who pays up front? Refused to schedule me for the surgeon over the phone even though I had been seen by them unless they had money. Not to mention being left on hold for 8 minutes.

Had pain entire right side of face, Dr. Lutz quickly diagnosed issue upon close review of the excellent xrays taken by the friendly tech. When all was said and done! my pain was resolved, teeth perfectly cleaned, crown repaired, felt like a new person as I was leaving, and the cost very reasonable for the work performed. Will definitely become a steady patient at this Aspen facility! Very friendly staff.

So this was my first time using this office. I was very disappointed to say the least. I went there under the assumption that I was getting a cleaning as that was what I booked. After waiting for an hour, I'm finally brought back and they do a quick x-ray and check my teeth. After this they have me come back to the front to schedule an actual cleaning. I've never gone to an office and had to schedule 2 different appointments. They were perfectly nice about it, but I just find it ridiculous that they can't do everything in one shot. The office wasn't the nicest looking either. You would think being such a big chain that they would make sure to keep things looking nice. The chair patients sit in was ratty and frayed, there were scratches and dents on the wall, and the drawer that they keep the metal molds that they put in your mouth was pretty dirty as well. The office people were very nice, but overall experience was not.

I just switched to this dentist and was pleasantly surprised by my visit. After reading some negative reviews, I was nervous and second guessing this decision. Everyone is friendly and professional. The hygienist was very gentle and left my teeth feeling clean and me feeling happy. Please ignore the bad reviews and give them a try for yourself. I’m glad I did.

The people at this location are super friendly and helpful. I felt at ease, comfortable, and informed at all times. They worked with my budget giving me a discount free visit for the first appointment since I couldn’t use my Medicaid. All the way from booking the first appointment on the phone to talking to the front desk person and all the people beyond that desk. Everyone was very professional! Im very pleased with my first visit.
