Money. Money. Money. And some more $$$. Ive been trying to have a tooth extracted for several mnths. Aspen first had me drive to their Hazleton facility, only to have scheduled me on a day their oral surgeon was at another Aspen facility. So, reluctantly, I rescheduled. They were well aware the tooth was abscessed in the past, yet, prescribed no antibiotics post-op? When I called to inquire about antibiotics after my face blew up like a balloon, they told me Id have to come back for another exam in order to get antibiotics for a tooth they pulled just 2 days ago. No thanks Aspen.... ill just call my family Dr and avoid bein charged yet again. Whats with businesses nickle and diming people to death anyway? Its not like they arent charging top dollar already....

My 85 year old father went to the Hazleton location to have a tooth extracted. After waiting two hours, they pulled the tooth. When he arrived home, he discovered that the dentist pulled the wrong tooth. He called Melissa the office manager and she was more than happy to make him another appointment and charge him to extract the correct tooth. I reached out to their corporate office and was told an employee from patient care would call me. I didn’t hear back, so I called them again and they referred me back to Melissa who again refused to correct their mistake free of charge.

I’m not someone who minds waiting, but when I made my appointment I made sure it would be quick since I had work shortly after. However, I sat in the waiting room for over and hour before I had to leave without my appointment because I have work. They’re horrible here and I’ll never go back

Best dentists in town! I have been to alot, and I have to say they always are polite and get the job done. I was in pain, they got me in sameday and pulled my tooth. I was in no pain at all! I would highly recommend the dentists that work here.

Aspen dental is my preferred dentist. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I would recommend giving them a try. The pricing can be a little bit more money, but they have many different ways you could pay.

Everyone that I encountered were very good and professional. I will be returning.

The staff is absolutely wonderful!!! Kind and friendly, everyone there is an absolute joy. This is coming from someone who normally fears going to the dentist.

I had a good experience at Aspen Dental. I was unknowingly late for my appointment and they took me in as soon as they could. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Dr. Niv and her staff are the best. Something I never thought I'd say about a dentist having had bad experience in a different office with a different Dr. Dr.Niv was so patient and so kind she helped settle my anxiety about sitting in that dreadful dentist chair. She did her work and I had no problems and no pain. She is a keeper!

The ppl their are extremely nice and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and I had alot of questions. I had very little wait time and it was a convenient day and time for me. The only downfall is the price of dentures, but that is not their fault.
