From one who avoided dentists for years, I was 100% happy. The Receptionist was friendly/happy and helped with insurance. The Hygienist was the best I ever experienced and her years of experience made even the worst procedures as pleasant as possible. She was excellent at explaining what was going on. Dr. Jeff Loftus was friendly, reassuring and gentle. The facilities are sparkling clean and have a calming atmosphere. All the employees are professional and have calming demeanors. With their same day ability to make a bridge and cutting edge technology I am not dreading returning in two weeks to have that done! I have already made two referrals!
